Well, kitten.
The guy I was dating broke up with me. I broke up with him in the past so I guess we are even.
It's kind of funny because I was thinking on doing it. But a bit sad too, he is a great person. Thought, our relationship was plain, in part, thanks to me, because I didnt like him romantically from the beggining, I wanted to see if it could grow on me and I had a lot of insecurities. I couldnt talk about my feelings or my thoughts, or anything closely related to me or him because I'm insecure and proud. I guess I managed to protect my feelings by not saying them.
Even if I didnt end up liking him romantically, it still hurts a bit when someone breaks up with you. Probably because it usually means you did something wrong, which gives you an unneasy feeling. He said I didnt do anything wrong but I don't believe that. Or maybe he is right i didnt do anything, anything to give on the relationship, which is actually true. And I'm getting the feeling he likes someone else.
Anyway, just wanted to ramble a bit about this.

What do you guys do when you feel sad or lonely?

When I feel sad or broken, I just let it be. I stay there come what may. I used to want to escape it before or complain how terrible it is and not wanting to feel that and such but often times, I tried staying there and it helped; no matter how difficult it got. I don't know what your belief systems are but generally, our mind knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is silencing the thoughts. So for that, I just them flow. No judgements. It's like... Watching a movie. You become the third person and watch your thoughts like a movie. Judgements, opinions, everything aside... Just let them come and go. After a certain point, I didn't even notice when I got involved in a certain activity and when my mood changed! This is one thing that helps me.

The other one is listening to music :) Heavy drinking helps too XDDDDD Get wasted Given a chance I'd choose the second choice but I'd do so with my friends :)

Yeah, I guess so. It's still difficult for me to open up and it scares me, so I usually treat it with objectiveness. "This is the right thing to do" or "the logical outcoming" so I won't deal with my feelings.

Gotta fix that.

You remind me a lot of my best male friend. His little sister commited suicide like a year ago? She was 13. It was a shame. But when I saw him some months later, he was the same as always. He is one of the strongest, stable people I've known. I admire his will and how he deals with his emotions. He just have high coping mechanisms I Guess. But it remimds me on how happy both of you always are, ready to make people pleased just because they like to see people happy, yet realistic. I think you are similar, maybe a bit more emotional? But still, when you are around it feels better in general, you are like a puppy, you light up the day.

I can understand that, sometimes I do that too but still sooner or later you'll have to deal with it and once you do trust me a giant burden from your shoulders will be lift off you'll fell so much better and confident  .

Nope not really, I go out to my friends sometimes to hang out and everything just go away in an instant but that's mostly bc I tend not to burden myself with any kind of shet I just take a deep breath and say no matter what everything is gonna be just fine, it might sound stupid and overly naive but its what I believe in  .

 

Oh sorry to hear that about your friend god bless him for staying strong. Hehehehe Tnx XD. My mother says something like that to me though I don't show my emotional side to anyone to my mom sometimes barely but that's mostly bc I want to be seen as strong don't know if that's a good or bad thing .

Maybe you didn't do anything wrong, you don't have to think that you did, it was just something that couldn't work out.

Usually I listen to music and if it's cold outside I go for a run, but if it's hot outside I stay inside and eat a lot of chocolate.

Too much food isn't good for health. Time to do some diet already. You need to reduce the consumption of everything sugar, snacks, white bread and everything fried. Healthy body is a healthy life Focus on lean meat, chicken, whole wheat bread and salads.
