I agree with all of these points smiter-kun...But I kind of feel like its going into a slightly different direction. I think that Naruto has moved on past Sakura. I think he even said he's not into girls. What I think is that Sakura is going to try to get Naruto, now that she finally sees what a great guy he is. But Hinata has liked him the whole entire time, and I believe(or hope) that Naruto will finally see how Hinata feels about him. (sorry im just as much of a N***H*** fan if not more of narusaku ;;;)

They call it "reading between the lines". We call it making things up...Its pretty obvious when they have to make stuff up to try to prove their view...and we dont have to make up anything cuz theres tons of reasons right in front of our faces...

Ever since i started watching the anime and manga, i never really saw a moment of S***S***... i thought everyone would like NaruSaku since they looked so well together with all there moment heh

well, if Hinata confess her love for Naruto, what about then?? Naruto will fall for her? i just wondering, is it easy for love going along that line? The love need Times to prove it's value.

Sorry, I only didn't see Hinata do anything special for Naruto in the term of capture his heart except her console him ( nice scene) while Sakura was capture by Naruto's good things more times....if he could notice her from being nice girl, it would be more chance for her than only confessing her love. ^ ^

Tell the truth, i'm not against SS pairings but i'm only boring the repeating scenes that Sakura tries to do anythings for Sasuke with her love but it's still nothing back. Nothing develops or goes on anymore for this pairing and I have to watch repeating things for angst love. (Sasuke acting cold to Sakura as Sakura cries for Sasuke) ^ ^"

Ep109 is awesome for NaruSaku, ah, he tries to taking Sakura at home, how gentleman he is! I do hope Kishi-sensei will watch this ep and realize Sakura deserves Naruto more than Sasuke ^ ^ . one thing i was regret is Sakura's blush, why? cuz this is a Big hint! i hope i will see this hint soon, Please Animators come this scene out! Don't cut off! ^ ^"

As Smiter-sama said , I think we could count Jiraiya for being known Naruto's girlfriend? cuz he told Naruto to hug his fav girl and Tsunade also knows Naruto liking Sakura?

Sasuke always makes Sakura worried and is the reason why Sakura is weak. If some people say Sakura doesn't deserve Naruto because of how bad she treated him, then I say Sasuke doesn't deserve Sakura because of how he treats her even worse.

Oh my God, I've just had an idea! Naruto starts dating Hinata because he thinks that Sakura will only go for Sasuke. Sakura gets jealous but she doesn't think she deserves Naruto. Then she treats Naruto really nicely and Naruto's love for her slowly starts to grow.

Oh, and I have just re-read Chapter 172. Sakura had a small smile on her when she saw Naruto has returned. Aww...

Well, I agree that Naruto may try to let Sakura go, but that doesn't mean he will stop having feelings for her. ^_^ Believe me, it's very hard to let go of your feelings on someone you have really loved. Even a small piece will remain with you for a very long time. By the way, Naruto has never said he was not interested in girls, and has never thought about giving up on Sakura. Even when he feared she only loved Sasuke, he still made that promise for her because he wanted her to be happy even if it cost him his own happiness.

We don't know how Naruto would react if Hinata (or someone speaking for her - maybe Neji) asked for a date. ^_^ He likes her as a friend, but it is possible he might accept and try to move on - just as blessed_devil has also said. I'm certainly not ruling out NaruHina because, unlike Sasuke->Sakura, Hinata does have feelings for Naruto and he is afraid that Sakura will never love him.

But, of course, we do not know what will happen in the three years. ^_^ Three years is a lot of time - Kiba could make his move for Hinata. Neji and Hinata might get married off. Anything could happen with the side characters.

Hmmm also another nail in the S***S*** coffin was this.

Their claim that Sasuke was jealous of Naruto saving Sakura. Which wasn't true because it's pretty much shown that Sasuke feels jealous of Naruto for beating Gaara in general. Mainly because of Sasuke's belief that if he can't beat everyone he faces he'll never beat Itachi.

Also the fact that Sasuke claimed that he didn't want an "IMPORTANT FRIEND" to die. Emphasis on friend thsi pretty much shows that Sasuke feels that Sakura is a friend but not his precious person or his most important person.

Oh yeah I'm going by episode 83 by the way.

Also the fact that he didn't even care that Sakura was there when he was looking for Naruto. In fact he seemed a little annoyed by it since he was in SUCH a hurry to find Itachi.

Oh and Sakura's comment after Sasuke told her that Naruto fought with everything he had to save her. Her comment was her looking at Naruto in shock while stating.

"He did? For me?"

And then she smiled at Naruto who was trying to do Chidori. Heehee she even said that she should ESPECIALLY give Naruto some of the Ohagi.

Yep, yep. ^_^ We all stated that Sasuke was only jealous of Naruto's power, and we were proven correct in the anime as well as the manga. I also agree with you on the line about "important friend". In an "interview" in the early Naruto manga, Sasuke stated he saw Sakura as an "important comrade". Not person, nor girl. He seems to see Naruto and Sakura as his family, with Naruto being the closest because they share the pain of loneliness.

Yeah. ^_^ We've only put forward points when they've been clearly hinted at in the manga. We could make a lot more connections, but they are too vague for us so we drop them in order to leave very little space for the other debaters to counter us.

"Reading between the lines" is noticing the underlying emotions/plots that are hinted at by other aspects of the story. But they're just clutching at straws trying to find something that will support their view.

I know! I was so surprised to see Sakura's blush was missing from the anime! But I guess I can forgive that a little because they did make some nice additional scenes. ^_^

You're right in that Tsunade knows about Naruto's feelings towards Sakura, and perhaps Jiraiya also knows. ^_^ You never know... since Sakura is now Tsunade's student, they might have a talk about Naruto while he is away!

Hinata was quite nice when she made Naruto more confident (he was nervous about Neji). ^_^ However, you're right in that they need more if it is to become a deep loving relationship. They have spent very little time together, so we need to see more if they are to be a couple. Sakura has done quite a few things for Naruto as well, and she inspires him to do his best.

I'm confident that Naruto and Sakura will end up together because of how they fit together so well (heaven and earth) as well as how similar they are and how they inspire each other. But I'm certainly not ruling out Hinata being able to date Naruto!

Whatever happens, I'm sure it will be a very interesting story. ^_^

Yeah, she at least deserves to date him for seeing his potential. But I can't help but wonder... if Neji doesn't marry Hinata then how will any other guys get her heart? Maybe Neji and Hinata had more chances than I thought they had.

I'm REALLY rooting for Neji/Hina, here. I do like Kiba/Hina, and even Shino/Hina, but...lately, I've been on a Neji/Hina kick. I ADORE the idea of them together!! It would make perfect sense!! XD XD XD But, my roommate did bring up a good point...Hanabi still doesn't have anyone...there is the possibility that Neji could be paired with her in an arranged marraige...I don't think I like that, but...*sigh* I'm totally for Lee/Ten now. I would very much like for the story to go straight into SakuNaru/NaruSaku, but I have a feeling Kishi won't make it that easy for us... ; If I could have a wish, it would be for Naruto to stay alone until Sakura reveals her feelings. Sort of getting a lot closer as friends, Sakura wants more but Naruto is afraid that she doesn't feel the same way.

But I have a feeling Hinata will have to be resolved first.

I'm also turning into a Neji/Hinata fan! Look out for them in SoF (when it gets to that stage). The possibility of an arranged marriage between the head and branch houses and all the consequences it could bring is too good to pass up! There's so much to work with there!

It's crazy the numbers of SasuNaru fics, there everywhere and in the boards, S***S*** well kinda half half now of S***S*** and Narusaku.

Funny when the series keeps updating, the more NaruSaku ppl we get since all those S***S*** LOVE there pairing since the start and they kinda stay with it until the end.

Also, the young Kakashi and Sasuke are different types of asses. Kakashi was a "by the rules" guy, and Sasuke is a "must avenge" guy. Those are different. I mean, do you really see the young Kakashi going off and betraying his friends? Perhaps he would place the rules above his friends, but he wouldn't want to lose them, nor be trying to sever their ties.

You know, I'll make a bet. If Sakura grows her hair again during the three year gap, that'll set the SasuSakus off, claiming she's growing it again "in memory of Sasuke".
