Yeah, next to the inofficial Shokugeki with Megumi, Soma's moment to shine during this buffet was one of my favorite moments in this camp.
Thank god, I was eating something while I was watching the episode XD
It's like 23:30 here XD I can't eat now, or I'll just wake my whole family up XD
YAS!! I can't wait for that!
btw, since the anime is ending after 24 episodes (hopefully a season 2 will come) will season 1 only cover to the Curry challenge?

Yeah, I think so. Although, the end credits showed Soma's father... If I'm not mistaken, his father doesn't visit him at Polar Star Dorm after he Soma had this miniarc at his home.

I believe they needed to change things from the manga, to animate the series..
but I can't really remember that. I think he visited the Dorm after Soma had been at his hometown...
But otherwise. Since Soma's father was shown to be in the next chapter means SHOKUGEKI between him and Soma 
or maybe that'll happen in the one after that XD

Well does seem like they are going to cut out the Karaage arc afterall, I'm am both not surprised and surprised by that, I can understand why because it's not really that important as far as the story progress goes, however it does introduce the number nine seat and explain how he got on the wrong side of him without even meeting him in person. They might still animate that arc after the fathers visit, though looking unlikely and they'll probably jump straight to the Curry election. Which tells me season two is pretty much a certainty.

They could do a OVA on it. KnB did that with one which was pretty funny in anime edition though manga was funny too, just one chapter. Though maybe they could change direction. Who knows.

Sadatsuka Nao: Gotou Saori
Hayama Akira: Suwabe Jun'ichiThere's a high chance that season 1 will include the curry theme of the autumn election with the announcement of these characters.

Well with the introduction of those three it's pretty much a certainty, I think Nao is in the same bracket as Hisako, Miyoko is in the same bracket as Megumi and Akira with Souma? I can't remember the specifics but I know they were the three main charactors introduced, ofcourse the lack of the copycat VA introduction makes me think that they will end with the first part of the election, and not go to the one vs one rounds.

Just to make it short: Lmao Soma XD for not knowing the school anthem XD
And also this "Moon offering festival" seems to be an interesting (arc).
Putting Soma and Megumi's cart right beside The eight seats Terunori is a really interesting plan.
Pretty sure Soma and Megumi will pull something out to get the costumers.

Imao, Soma barely getting any customers. Totally expected that. What I expected even more so was Soma not getting phased about it XD
Let's see what Soma has planned for the next few days. He totally anticipated what would happen on the first day (would have been nice though to confide Megumi with his plans, too).

I'm not sure if this part of stage one of his plan or if he didn't succeed at all. It could be that Souma underestimated the competition or he has a plan that over the three days he will steal the customers away from the opponant? The way he wasn't phased by the lack of sales makes me unsure. It's like in the election finals, he originally presented a dish that didn't have the same appeal, then added the white sauce. It could be Souma's plan involves allowing the opponant a early lead before gaining the popularity last day, angering them enough to make a challenge.

So it was a planned strategy in afterall, will be interesting to see what it actually was next week.
Well the other three getting last place was quite surprising, and going in the red in the section that was easiest to have a fast turnover as well.
Their reactions was hilarious, looks like they've quickly gone from the top challengers to the comic relief, to think Souma actually lost to one of them.

Not TOO surprising considering how mismatched they are. Not to mention Alice is by no means welcomed by Akira to boss him around. That said it is pretty funny.
