Kaguya isn't the gonna be the last, we still have 2 more scary moms to go which as of right now we know is going to be Sakura and possibly Temari, depending on whether or not Shikamaru finds the spare enthusiasm to be a father, a husband and basically running the whole village because Naruto sure as hell doesn't have the political knowledge for it.

So in other words, Sakura will eat the fruit and turn heel. I smell movie 10 story!!!

Not to be messiah (again), but tomorrow I'll be taking a serious test for my career. That said the grade will be given immediately after I press "submit." That said if I fail, we are DOOMED. If I pass, well, you get the idea. I am nervous beyond anything.

When i was checking my hotmail i found an ad of that naruto drink you talked about than i researched the of photos of that drinks heres the pic.

Oh true but most shows never have a bad guys for the sake of being evil true we have a few in Naruto like Hidan and a few others, plus people who say the hero should just out right kill the bad guys should remember that Villains always get themselves killed in the end it might be that for Sasuke and Obito, but that me guessing here as I could be dead wrong.

 

But Kishi is bad at doing it at times, I mean you look at Hideo Kojima when he did Sniper Wolf and her death same with The Boss someone we thought was nothing more than a traitor but died for her homeland, true her death is what made the whole thing happen but we can blame the CIA wanting her dead. and the List goes on. some are A** hols like Volgin.

 

That is how Kishi should have done it at least in my eyes 

 

Yeah I think they were not as that is what they think.

I disagree that most media lacks "true" villains. Coming from the top of my head; The joker does things because he WANTS too rhyme and reason don't matter. Loki does what he wants to get the results he desires, casualties mean nothing. A "true villain" doesn't necessarily mean that they just do bad things with the simple aim  be evil or cause chaos. They do it because they want a result and they are for the most part unapologetic about what they had to do to GET that result. If that means killing a billion or so people, HEY, no big deal for them. 

 Dr. Doom has a vendetta against Reed and he things he can do a better job running the world then anyone else, he's unapologetic about it. Lex Luthor is the same way. Can these villains occasionally sit and ponder about the repercussions that their actions have had and feel regret? sure. Can they on occasion do something good? whether for the sake of doing actual good or by happenstance?  sure. ( The Joker may be exempt from this of course...unless he somehow becomes sane.) One way or another they always end up right back where they started, doing bad things because they're selfish. 

Also, Red skull and his daughter Sinthea. the latter is particularly evil. They don't make apologies, they don't seek redemption, they aim to cause pain and destruction. 

In general I would say that NARUTO is the odd one out when it comes to villain portrayal. Its soft when it comes to bad and by doing that it makes goodness cheap. 

With Kishimoto Its like every-time a villain in Naruto goes "O But I've changed!" and everyone goes "Oh okay! we'll just forget about that pile or corpses you're currently standing on." To me that's cheapening, so much growth and fantastic story telling could come from Naruto CONTINUOUSLY struggling to find it in himself to be able to forgive such behavior but instead Kishimoto seems to have made him into this all forgiving, all accepting individual- something so one dimensional.

People have already said it but Naruto himself seems stagnant because of this. Without strife there can be no growth and because he lacks inner conflict ( of the interesting sort at least...) he's going no where.

I love Ramune soda's...my favorite is the melon one but I'm always terrified of opening them. The little glass stopper at the top is so bizarre. I wonder what flavor these are...

Also if the POAL is no longer any concern why hasn't he confessed yet?

In Naruto's own words; "How can I confess when I can't even bring Sasuke back?" at least that's HIS last explanation for it. I think saying that the POAL doesn't factor in is a bit false though.

It will only make NS canon since this pairing reach the point of break it or make it. Thus why we don't get the usual NS opening in war arc.

You shouldn't think about opportunities Naruto had.

If Naruto didn't do it yet, it's only because Kishimoto doesn't want to. Plot armor ^^

I think it's still vivid in Naruto's heart. I think Naruto will bear it all his life until he succeed.

 

He never said he was going to abandon it.

 

Kishimoto may save it for another time in the future, along with the confession.

It's also possible that Naruto will never confess, and that the next move will come from Sakura.

There is plenty, but if he did it then we already in all year round celebration and just read through the manga until the end and technically, the mangaka himself said so it is not the time by putting it away first. Plus, I reckon that he is unsure of her feelings towards him, after the pain arc he's still hang by the POAL, before the war he was sent away for protection. And he deem himself not worthy of doing the confession since he's not able to keep even a promise. We'll see about it in the near future, whether he will do it or Sakura redo her own confession with a more clear resolution.

He made Naruto said that he can't do it until he has saved Sasuke, and that's why he never confessed until now.

It's a lame excuse anyway, and it goes against his belifs, the confession pretty much states that on his mind Sakura loves Sasuke deeply and Sai enforces it even more by telling him that Sakura loves Sasuke.

He also made it appear that he firmly believes that Sakura deeply loves Sasuke.

The poal is dead because it has no importance, it's just a gray side quest forgotten linked to a main quest, it's like one of world of warcraft main quests like "kill 10 thugs" and you have a side quest that you must bring "10 thug's red bandana", you're going to achieve it anyway without looking to fullfill this poal.
 

Kishimoto may save it for another time in the future, along with the confession.

Well, we'll see.

My only problem is that a confession from Naruto makes no sense because Kishimoto put walls around him(Sakura's love for Sasuke from Naruto's perspective), unless if he does more bad writing on which i dont care and goes with.
