That would be the best! Ha ha
Or if Kishi wants Naruto to be Naruto (and I realize this is a slim chance), he could make him open his eyes slightly, while Sakura is giving him CPR, close them, and then start blushing moderately.

Karin was so cool in this chapter. Now both her and Sasuke has unlocked a new power to save eachother !
Kushina is great too, I don't know who the new masked man is, but either he knew her or she was a pretty famous kunoichi in her time. Seems like she's not forgotten.. 17 years later, someone recognized the chain jutsu as "Kushina's power."
It was fun to see that Tobirama wants to help Sasuke, an Uchiha. I really love his character. I'm quite upset about the resealing plothole though. Well, it looks like a plothole. And it's a pretty big deal because that is how it all started.
hahaha... there're some little errors within it... btw the meaning was pretty clear. Sakura is to Naruto what Kushina was to Minato. Both females supported their dream about to become hokage.
I agree very much. I think this chapter had a Saku>Naru moment, but not a NS moment..because Naruto doesn't know of it. x) But Sakura is not just 'doing her job' this time, her words and expressions were so telling. When she thought of Naruto's dream and how it is right in front of us, when she said he won't die as long as she is there, that was love. It wasn't romantic, but it was still love and such a strong moment.

Guess we can say Sakura is giving naruto "The ki, I mean Breath of life,"
geez this scene made too many metaphors and analogies.
Well yeah I take it as a NS moment, not for the medical stuff, but for the thoughts about naruto, his dream, and how she isnt giving up on him.

The focus will probably shift to Sasuke and Madara next chapter. I wonder when Gaara, Sakura, and Naruto will reach Minato. I'd say next chapter Kishi is going to deal with Sauce and in 665 he will shift back to Naruto. Although 664 might be 50% Sauce & 50% Naruto.

If one thing is true this chapter, it reminds me of that old message during the gaara fight hiruzen spoke of, "Only when people have something truely precious to them can they truely become strong" well look what Karin did, and look what Sakura is doing. Karin became stronger physically, if people want to around saying anyone considers sasuke important, its karin. Sakura practically considers naruto precious to her at this point being able to remain composed in the situation.

Bolded: Yeah it's concerning me how unromantic she is concidering its Naruto death

But it's not his death. She's not allowing it to be his death. I'm sure we would see a much more emotional side of Sakura if there was nothing more that she could do to save him.

Well I saw forneverworld a review, he is not pleased at what Sakura did. He said sakura should do the heart while hinata did the mouth to mouth, so if hinata was there it wouldn't be an issue for him however because sakura did it, it is an issue.
Still so much for the ns will never kiss stuff, it is CPR but it's still lip to lip, oh naruto is been so unfortunate in kissing others, he accidentally kissed Sasuke and was aware and hated it, now he's unconscious and sakura gives him CPR, oh the irony.
I wonder what will happen when naruto recovers and how she will react.
really well sakura is doing both at the same time

And yeah, that Karin thing.... How convenient and very much like Kishimoto to give her the perfect power at the perfectly right time. Whatevs. Kishimoto passes out superpowers like bibs at a lobster bake. But I am surprised at him stepping up Karin's role in the story. I didn't see that coming this late in the game. (Actually, I had always thought Karin would end up with Suigetsu.)

Sakura working hard and puts all of her efforts to save Naruto. This demands a great deal of patience in Naruto's situation. This chapter shows how far she would go for him.
Karin having attack abilities isn't a surprise. If she didn't show such things before, it doesn't mean she won't later. Seems that she has good power within her from this chapter when she did some damage.
If Madara wants an eye then the only ones are Kakashi and Obito. Seems he's going to have a meeting with them next chapter like the last page said at the end.
I think this suspicious person that came to Sasuke is either Karin or Kabuto. Kabuto didn't die exactly and he was left the way he was for a reason later, and maybe it's for Sasuke's.
Next chapters are going to be interesting as in plot and NS

Hmm, i just wonder about her reaction to sasukes status, would she show something different? more emotion?

I haven't seen this posted yet but this chapter reminded me of this scene from the sandlot:
cpr
Yes!!!! I was thinking that exact scene when the CPR event happened, but this is a serious moment, so there was no way that Naruto would pull something like that scene at the Sandlot.

EDIT: I think have Sakura and Karin paneled the way they have these past two chapters, emphasizes how empty and uninspiring Karin has been. I look at Sakura and I'm moved by her emotion because I know and understand why she cares and how deep it affects. Karin doesn't have that, so the only direction I'm moved by Karin is towards the bathroom.

So many responses to take care of.
We are all caught in NS feels, we are not even paying attention to Madara becoming the Juubi's jin
Who?
Wait wait, I have one thing to say. This is not a romantic moment, this is a Sakura moment. Her time to shine as a medic. She basically performed emergency heart surgery on Naruto to keep him alive, while they reached Minato's.
On the manner of the CPR...this is a Shonen manga, a sudden kiss is completely out of place here. It may not be a full fledge passionate kiss as some fans here wanted, but is a kiss nonetheless...just done the Shonen way.
Yes, but it is also NS because of her thought process. You didn't get that with others when Sakura was healing, and others were dying. This one is something that she is truly determined to save or else. It's her mind that created NS. Again, I warned many people that this could be a Team 7 thing if they picked up Sasuke on the way, but it didn't happen. Now, this is a personal development, 1-on-1, no team talk. So yes, expect more NS/Sakura developments as well as for SK. That's why people are extremely happy not just for this chapter but how their pairing is being treated: respect.

So swayer7mages review is up dear lord he is still going on basically saying sakura should just basically be a one up for naruto and just be axed. He goes ranting on Karin with more hate, man he is not credible at all.
He just says basically just because the chapter is titled no matter the cost and how sakura said that, that she will still die in some way to revive naruto.

It's more of matter of "I have to hate this chapter" because of the event. It's like how some of us would be like if it was Hinata doing CPR instead. Or if Sakura makes an appearance, we automatically think the chapter is great. That's how his review comes off to be. The odd thing is in NF, they are actually respecting Sakura and Karin. That's like cats and dogs living together. We got so many old fans coming back and newer ones. It's freaking shocking to say the least.
