Shounen allows it. I think it's up to the mangaka. Sometimes, it could be the art design that will allow it or not. Like some manga designs, you can't really imagine it, so the mangaka will ignore it. Naruto's art has the design for a good normal kiss scene. That said it's up to Kishi to call it.

I can see an interaction between Kurama commenting on Sakura or something. Kurama knows pretty much everything about Naruto, so a comment about Sakura is very possible, and I think for now that Kishi will make it.

he wants to be Hokage , Naruto wants to be Hokage . Sasuke's intentions is different he wants to kill all the tailed beasts and maybe wipe out the village and recreate into his own .

Sasuke has bad intentions , he will live up to his brothers name , Naruto has to literally beat the kitten out of Sasuke and even then things probably won't change , he wants to kill Naruto probably and yeah if sees Naruto with Sakura he will be happy for Naruto no doubt .

maybe the reason of sasuke coming back to konoha is for him to make it easy to confront or to fight with naruto after the war, besides he said that he wanted to be the hokage, maybe he wanted the villagers to see how he defeat naruto and they will fera him and take over....

Sasuke won't win , all them times he done beat Naruto ass in the past and had Naruto coming back in bandages . Its bout that time Naruto kicked Sasuke's ass now and Naruto got the strnegth and power to do it .
