It's been his favorite since Pokemon was first released. Charizard is a bamf, after all. This will have the evolutions of as many of his favorites as I can fit. I'm afraid I'm going to need a bigger binder to put them all in. Thank you for the compliments on it.

I just finished working out at the gym, and boy do I feel good. Have you ever felt like you're floating as you walk across the room? Because that's how I felt when I was leaving. It made walking down the stairs difficult.

 

As for the birthday present, I only have 11 pages done! I took a few days off from it, (actually, he ended up staying home from work for those few days, so...), so I'll have to start working faster. I really want to get it all finished before the big day!   

 

I'll upload some pictures of what I've done so far later today, maybe.

If you're feeling like you should, then I say do it! It's been such a long time since I went to the gym. I usually dread it, but I felt great the entire time I was there!

As promised, here's the progress that I've made so far with the birthday present. Instead of showing each page individually, I'll let you guys see what they look like together.

Capn Banjo... No peaking.

 

 

I finished Scyther and Scizor tonight. They took forever because of how small the pieces to their energy symbols are. The leaves aren't bad, but the metal...

 

I also accidentally mixed up their name cards, so that's why Scyther's doesn't quite fit the green border. I had it fit to Scizor's name card, which I had already glued on when I realized my mistake.

 

Other than that, I think it's turning out well. Though I only have seven days left to complete it.

Yeah going to the gym is pretty fun for me, and it's a rewarding experience. You definitely feel much better afterwards! Well maybe not right after, but you know what I mean.    

 

And that's an amazing gift. It looks so cool! I'm terrible at Art's 'N Crafts compared to you.

Eh... the only gym I can go to is the one on campus , which would feel pretty awkward considering I'm a commuter and I haven't gone in there since taking a tour    On the other hand, I do have equipment in the basement and on occasion I have worked out with my dad.

I shouldn't expect everyone to do it, but personally I'd have probably drawn them myself, but that's just me. Continue what your doing ^_^

Celebi isn't quite finished yet, so I'll be working on that today. Then I'm moving on to the Gastly evolution family!

 

Anyway, I went to the gym again. We've been trying to go for at least a half-hour every day. We missed Friday because of a tornado watch, but so far we've been doing really well with this work-out thing! I've lost five pounds. [/proud of myself]

Just got back from the gym. I am so sore, but I can feel my muscles building up again. It's been a long time since I've felt this good. My focus this past week has been on my arms and my core, but I think now I'll move onto my legs. Variety is good, right?

 

I found this really interesting machine that works the muscles in your hips. You stretch out your legs as wide as possible, and then slowly close them together. When you sit in it, it looks like you're getting ready to push out a baby. LOL. I call it the Labor Machine. It works really well! My hips have never felt so sore!
