Hinata..a scary mom? hehe...hehehe. HAHAHAHAHA!! She'd be a super-gentle and patient mom. Most definetly not scary or hot-tempered.

So, this is true ? I can't even....
and of course, NaruHina shippers will be OK with this !!! and they will suddenly like frightening women !!  Ahahahah that's the worst.

I think it has something to do with her design and her characterization in early part of the manga. You know first impression.

Oh and poor reception of sakura confession.

hate for her design? guys who're clearly superficial.

her characterization? a bratty 12-13 year old, as was naruto and the rest of the kids. how do these people expect a bunch of kids to act like, a mature 21 year old? lol

her confession? bad reading comprehension coupled with their unreasonable hate for the character.

Well the one thing I like this year is that we got to meet Japan community and they are similar to us. I mean I don't want to be in the crowd of:

Me: That's awful!
Everyone else: YAY!!!!!!!
Me: They can't be cheering for long...
*2 hours later*
Everyone else: YAY!!!!!!
Me: I hate life....

oh of course the hate won't go away, but in the hands of someone who isn't sexist it would definitely benefit her more.

I think every character could benefit, both the men and women, from being in the hands of someone who isn't sexist.

and that's the sad truth. if anyone else in this series made a mistake it gets easily overlooked, but if sakura were to make a mistake she's branded as an incompetent b*tch. sakura could never catch a break in this series, especially when she's being handled by a sexist pig. i can pick a handful of members here who can handle sakura much better than kishi and she wouldn't even have half the amount of hate she has now.

It really is quite sad, especially because I always felt that Kishi had a certain fondness for her character. Like he was really trying to portray her in a certain way that he found really cool and intruiging and that the only ones who could truly see what he was going for were her fans. I don't know what went wrong, but it seems like in the end Kishi just gave up on her and threw her to the wolves. 77

In the end it doesn't really matter that much though. I've long since stopped caring about what Kishi has to say. No matter what, he had a cool thing going with Sakura and no amount of retcons or asspulls will ever change that.

Lmaooooooo, the franchise isn't gonna do good next year due to the major loss of fans and anime like Digimon, Durarara, Fate and etc are coming around the time part 3 is

Yeah I really don't see how this franchise is going to keep it's momentum, especially with the it's lost a large part of it's fandom. Who knows, maybe it'll continue as if nothing happened, but unless they manage to secure a new fanbase then I don't see how this franchise has any future.

Oh you don't have to talk to the person, I meant just read the conversation, she confirmed some stuff

There are a few new questions I wanted to ask...

1. What is the Japanese fandom's expectations in regards to Junko's future involvement in the long-term once Shippuden is completed? Will Junko continue to support Naruto by voicing him in the upcoming spin-off movie? If she doesn't, what impact - if any - will this have on Pierrot and Kishi's ambitions for the series?

2. How was the execution of SasuSaku in the manga intrepreted? Are people satisfied with its fulfillment in the end? And what of Karin, a girl who has remained at Sasuke's side this entire time and shares a history with him that may have been intimate at one point (assuming what Suigetsu teased is indicative of anything in that nature)?

It was one of her most sincere wishes to witness Sasuke give that warm, compassionate smile that she saw from him when they encountered each other during the Chunin Exams.

Does anyone in the Japanese fandom care that she was inexplicably written out with no closure for her character?

3. How is the Japanese fandom reacting to Junko's recent comments and actions? Has it strengthened or weakened people's opinion of her? And what of Chie Nakamura, Sugiyama, Inoue? Are they accepting of the ending/film? What are the fans' opinions regarding them now after all the dust has settled with the publicity and their appearances at JF?

4. A rumour has been circulating that 12 more films are being planned in the future for Naruto. Is this true?

5. In one of Kishi's recent interviews, he suggested that with Sasuke's symbolical return to Team 7 and Konoha complete, Naruto's story is complete. The focus of the next movie will shift to Bolt and Sasuke.

From what I have heard, various people were miffed over the falsely promoted emphasis of Kakashi and Sasuke despite having little role in the recent film. So it's safe to say that they have a strong fanbase. But what are they saying to Kishi's musings of putting Naruto's character and relevancy to the slaughter for the latter and the spawn? Does it concern or trouble them at all that the titular character is being so casually tossed aside in this spin-off?

Could Naruto's weaker presence in the future have anything to do with some behind-the-scenes circumstances with Junko possibly leaving Naruto once Shippuden is over?

6. What is the general opinion in Japan on The Last being shipped overseas to foreign countries so soon after its premiere?

7. Do people like the new cast of characters being introduced in the spin-off? More specifically, is it true that Hinata's spawn and Sasuke's spawn are being looked upon as spiritual successors to NaruSaku?

8. Is The Last looked at as being part of the canonical manga timeline, despite its various inconsistencies and character assassinations?

------
That's all I have for now. I might ask some more questions in the near future.

A bit yeah. After all, the concensus seemed to be that japanese fans were alot more forgiving when it came to these sorts of things. Seems like were not all that different lol.

agreed. but i think the women would benefit more, especially hinata. her development stopped at the very beginning of part two. we got no follow up on her striving to be a hyuuga heiress and her relationship with hanbi wasn't touched on either. in fact, her relationship with other characters is almost nonexistent, and majority of her lines are "naruto-kun". if he actually focused on expanding her character outside of naruto and eventually making her realize there are better things in life than getting together with your lover, then the chances this movie turning out to be the catastrophe that it is would have lowered significantly, all because he would have made hinata stop being so obsessed.

hinata is the catalyst to this whole situation, because kishi decided to focus solely on her love and nothing more for years.

Her love for Naruto is all that mattered to her character in the end, but I could say the same thing for Sakura for her love towards Sasuke. It's really sad that Kishimoto only sees women in that light as there was a lot of wasted potential for the female characters.
