Agreed its just like superman who I know wish was in naruto's place it be so much better. Sakura had the right reaction after pain did his almighty push knowing no one but naruto could beat him. She didn't try to tell herself it would be alright when it wasn't.That moment always give me chills in a good way.
And it wasn't that Sakura was weak or or was instantly crying for a savior. It was after the village was flattened, and the realization that nobody in the village could stop Pein's destruction. It wasn't hopelessness...it was her knowing that only Naruto could truly stop him. Like people asking for Superman when everything was just too much.
And then "poof" Naruto shows up out of nowhere.
By the way, at a random thought. So Kakashi was going to die in that instance no matter what, either by nail through the head or using his life force to use chakra. What was the point if you're just gonna die anyway? I guess it could be to "die without pain," but I don't know. It just seems odd to me, why try to survive when you know that nothing you can do can stop your death?

Yes that is right, like to see her fight satsuki from kill la kill who's Will and ambition is so great and let's see her fight vergil form dmc, hell how would she react to Dante killing naruto how he killed baynoetta in death battle. That is not being fair to her, that is only justifying my point. Hinata is only ever determined for "her N-Naruto-kun". I actually don't recall her being all determined when at death's door or not having any fight in her. Recall the Pain fight. Nagato (through Yahiko' body) stabbed her and she was left for dead on panel whereas Other characters who received fatal wounds are still up and kicking in their fights. Next I bring up everybody here's "favourite moment" for the Moe Princess, tripping over a rock, then praying for Neji's spirit to Watch over Naruto to make sure he's safe.
Now I bring up MY POINTS. Again the Pain fight, where she was worked up the (abeit stupid) gall to challenge Pain because her "beloved Naruto-kun was in trouble" and was only determined to fight for his sake and no one else. Do you recall a time where she would do that for any of her friends/teammates? I sure as hell don't.Then there is the fact that She felt she had to sacrifice herself for Naruto by jumping in the way of tree branches that are going to impale him instead of using a technique to deflect the branches which gets Neji killed. Note that that was not even anything special, but she was willing to throw her life away for Naruto-kun. Truly the only times where she ACTS like a shinobi is when "N-Naruto-kun" is involved. Then the "oh so amazing"
part where she was inner monologuing about how she was ALWAYS standing beside her "dazzling man-candy "Naruto-kun"
to finally take down grand total of ONE Juubi clone with the 64 chakra strikes technique. That's right she used one of the Hyuga's secret techniques to kill ONE mook fodder whereas all of the other K11 had more impressive numbers with less revered techniques. Sakura killed a whole group of the things and Hinata's empowering moment is stating how she always took for granted how she was always standing beside her "Naruto-kun snuggle bear"
and working up the courage to kill one Juubi clone. How amazing *clap.......clap........clap...........*
So my point still stands. Hinata Hyuuga NO backbone and NO ambition to stand against anyone or for herself or anything but her "N-Naruto-kun!!!!" Not towards her children's bratty behaviour, not for her kittened up family situation, not for Neji's memory by changing said eff-ed up family situation and definitely not when her life is on the line as a shinobi, unless her N-Naruto-kun is involved. Am I wrong?![]()
I could bring up part 1 moments too but there is only one that everyone remembers so I don't even need to explain that one, because that is the only time where she was ever relevant.

Has anyone hated SS because of Sasuke?
I dunno, Ken, I just hate it because of what Sakura is like with Sasuke and what Sasuke does to her self-worth.

This is the truth. Hinata only seems to have fight in earnest when it comes to Naruto, but not when it comes to her friends, her village or even her own family. And often, her actions have dire consequences, potential or otherwise.
And we really don't need to bring up the crap she caused in the Last, do we?

Damn right she is the worse. How much you want to bet in the chunin exams second exam she would have left kiba and shino to get killed by garra while she went to find naruto. And I know her team finished before naruto but I think by that point he was fighting orochimaru. This is the truth. No we don't And If I seemed rude or offensive, I apologize. I just tend to be very sarcastic with things at times, and I do understand what you mean. Hinata has shown some grit, so it's not that she is completely devoid of it. Unfortunately it comes in the form of one person, and when that person is not on her mind or anywhere near her vicinity, her resolve and determination are as strong and durable as wet tissue paper

I meant confusing as in why would you fanatically look up to someone you have no faith in?Tbh I don't think it's that confusing. You just have to play out the real life situation in your head. Imagine you're Naruto fighting in the Chunin exam, who do you feel like supports you? Who believes in you?
Sakura you can hear is cheering you on, Hinata you can see looks like she's about to give up on you.
Now the fight with Pain, at the moment Hinata jumps in yes it's clear she supports you but....
In hindsight if Naruto were to look back on the fight...
She got kittenslapped, died, didn't free him, and almost caused him TO LOSE HIS LIFE AND TOTAL CONTROL AS HE EITHER WENT ON A TOTAL RAMPAGE AS THE 9 TAILED FOX OR BEEN CAPTURED BY PAIN, if not for Minato's brilliant planning.
Sakura stayed behind and healed ppl, (I think she passed on information to Naruto but I'm not sure)
So tell me again, WHICH GIRL REALLY WAS THE GREATEST SUPPORT FOR NARUTO???

And that's the main crux of the matter, why does Hinata even like Naruto in the beginning? Granted she likes him bc he never gives up, maybe it's bc she thinks he's like her.
But it really just doesn't make any sense. Losers don't want to be with other losers, we want to be with strong people. Why does Hinata even love Naruto at all? Up until his fight with Neji she has not seen any redeeming qualities in him. Granted he keeps saying that he won't give up, but that doesn't mean anything until he actually succeeds. She wasn't around at the Land of Waves, and granted she was around for Chunin exam test 1.
But a brain dead horse could have passed test 1, as it amounted to reaffirm your commitment to become a ninja.
Oh wait I forgot about that thing that didn't happen in the manga, where Naruto saved 3 year old Hinata by performing a Jutsu he didn't learn until chapter 1

I think it might be a weird plothole, her infatuation with Naruto went too far compared to how much she believed in him. If you know he never gives up you don't panic just because he fights a classmate..And that's the main crux of the matter, why does Hinata even like Naruto in the beginning? Granted she likes him bc he never gives up, maybe it's bc she thinks he's like her.

I think it's also made to contrast Sakura's love for Naruto and highlight that it's more healthy than Hinata's. In the two scenes I was talking about, they react to Naruto's actions in opposite ways, just panels from eachother.

When one looks at things, Hinata really doesn't like "Naruto", she likes her mentally idealized version of Naruto.
Just like how Sakura and other fangirls only liked their own mentally idealized version of Sasuke, "the last Uchiha" (some sort of dark, mysterious prince on a white horse who will come to their rescue, sweep them off their feet, and other fairy tale fantasies), but not liking, or even knowing, Sasuke the actual person.
However, whereas Sakura, at least initially, was moving on from Sasuke because she was made painfully aware that Sasuke the person was nothing like how she thought he was in her fantasy crush, Hinata never, ever moved on from that crush on her mentally idealized version of Naruto. Even as an "adult", she only sees that version of him despite Naruto himself proving he's not like that.

When you think about it, Hinata's crush really doesn't have a solid basis to it at all. Admiring a person for their determination and seeing them as a sort of role model is one thing, but a crush? If Hinata liked Naruto for other reasons like his kindness, goofiness, etc, then there would be more meat to it. But honestly, it would've made just as much sense for her to fall for Rock Lee if iron-clad determination is all it takes to make her fall in love with someone.
