Ah I see, well I'll check out what they say on Monday then. Oh and yes, I am going to continue Someone else to Protect. Kishi failed at writing Naruto as a good father,and I can't let that happen.

Ok so before anyone starts yelling denial hear me out...

This morning it hit me outta nowhere a post that came across Facebook from RocketNews24 about the end of October regarding manga and anime piracy.

There is a collaborative sketch that includes team 7 and various other characters. The report via the minister of economics, trade, and industry go on to state that around 50% of manga is pirated in the West where Japan accounts for just 12%. What if this is a purposely leaked chapter to warn fans especially Western ones not to pirate. It would be an especially poignant lesson considering he knows the appeal NaruHina has with fans here.
Additionally the countdown on the official viz page goes through the manga timeline start to finish highlighting various scenes and quotes. The POAL quote along with many about Naruto NEVER giving up are singled out as you follow the timeline.... of course this could be to mislead you into believing that the ending actually has some connection with the rest of the story.

I have already accepted the nonsense we have seen is canon but there's a flicker of hope that Kishi knows better than to end this big a series in such a 'Meh' way. Perhaps the scene in chapter 698 http://www.mangapanda.com/naruto/698/8 has some significance ...think about it both Naruto and Sasuke wake up after their deathblows with that big ass moon hanging over them. Could this mean everything following is IT? I've seen many neutral pairing fans speculating this must all be a dream or proposed alternate reality due to the gaping plot holes and blatant character changes suggested by chapter 700.
We'll know I guess 110% in 2 days I guess and if it's legit then kitten it!

I suggested the possibility of the moon shining on them sending them into the genjutsu yesterday. I mean...if they've been fighting for an entire day (it's morning apparently when they start to fight, and then the moon is shown when they are finished) it seemed like a possibility to me. But then...that would mean they're still in the genjutsu in the movie...and we don't know a lot about that yet >.<. And it could be a ploy to get us to watch it.

Everywhere i go there is some sort of NS pics or something,i even exit all the NS groups everywhere but still someway or the other NS pics or something pops up somewhere.

 

It breaks my heart when i see something NS or related,i will never  get over this.

 

Even if its useless how are japan reacting to this ?

If anything that trash ending made me want to go BACK to writing my Narusaku fics.

That drove me crazy, Sakura has the same kind of mole on her lip like Karin, her daughter looks like Karin, and her hair is spiky in the back like Karin   What the hell Kishi.

Maybe the ending was truly switched... maybe he drew the fine page ages ago and then decided to change it up

I'm not even mad about pairings anymore. I've moved on to absolute hatred for the destruction of the entire Naruto narrative I knew and loved as a kid.

I could spend 5 minutes and write a more fulfilling ending that even NS fans would love even though their pairing didn't work out.

exactly ive moved to just disappointment of all of the loose ends and how everything was rushed. i feel cheated and like everything is unresolved, i wish the ending gave me closure but it didnt. There is so many questions unanswered and things unresolved, not to mention the just plain horrible things that kishi did like make naruto a bad dad. also why did it seem like bolt didnt have any friends it didnt make sense, and salada acted like they werent close but you would think given who the parents are that they would of gone on play dates and stuff. I just feel like im in the twilight zone at the moment.

I was looking at the movie timeline too and I can't take this ending seriously with this. That timeline shows Team 7, yet we didn't get anythinggg...

I know it's far fetched and a lot of effort to fake an entire chapter, but what a point you'd make against leaking pirated chapters!
I guess my logic with the asspull NaruHina was Kishi made it so, because the Western fanbase is a large supporter...but if only 50% of that fanbase is purchasing the manga how much sway do they ACTUALLY have? In this regard he'd cater to the Japanese fanbase which may be why the god awful SasuSaku nightmare....either way if I liked NaruHina I'd be pissed cause Hinata = runner up regardless of how the movie tries to spin it. ^_^

I'm still holding out the hope that this was a troll chapter purposefully leaked early to punish the pirates. 

 

Either way, we got trolled with kids named Salad and Burrito.

 

It occurs to me that the entire thing really is Hinata Wish Fulfillment 100%.  Sakura gets the leftovers of Sasuke, but is punished with an absent husband, a kid that doesn't look like her, and the unexciting job of house wife.  Hinata, on the other hand, gets two adorable clones with improbable genetic imprints (wtf whiskers), Naruto as Hokage, and Konoha (and thus her clan) rising to major prominence within the five nations.

 

Forget the character assassination of Sakura.  Hinata deserved a better ending than this, too.
