Probably has something to do with the narrator mentioning Naruto's name over Sakura's design and people are jumping all over with conclusions. 

 

I do believe there will be a NaruSaku child I mean c'mon. Kishi would be crazy to pass up the oppurtunity to involve Sakura in the "scary mom trope" he's been working on for a while now.

Probably not. (And I hope not, too.) Usually, shounen series seem to take a more subtle route with romance, such that it's not rushed into and too blatant, if that makes sense. The only shounen story I can think of that had younger parents was "InuYasha," and that was because it was actually set in a time where it was a norm to have children at a younger age. In a story like this, where things are written in the context of modern Japanese culture (i.e. no drinking until you're 20), I'm guessing that there's going to be a little more restraint in terms of how far a relationship will go, if that makes sense. Sure, there are some moments of perversion here and there, but the characters are generally more reserved about their relationships and still have a more traditional route about going about relationships (e.g. formally expressed confessions of love). I highly doubt they'll be married and with children soon.

 

Actually, since I brought up "InuYasha," I'd also like to mention one other thing and tie it into this debate. At the end, when Souta mentioned that Kagome had gotten married straight out of high school, his friends were shocked and commented about it having been so fast and even asked if she was a yankee. This suggests that during this time, getting married at a younger age is a bit controversial, so I'm thinking that the Japanese advocate waiting until a[n] [slightly] older age for marriage. Considering, like I said, that this story was written with a more modern audience in mind, with the standards I mentioned earlier in this paragraph, it would be too soon for Naruto and Sakura to be married, let alone to have children.

 

I'm guessing that the most we'll get out of them is some slight romance and wooing, if there is anything explicitly romantic that Kishi and the production team want to show.  

 

PS- I'm far from being an expert on Japanese culture and values; I merely made a point based on some quick observations. If anyone can confirm and/or correct what I've said, that would be great. Thanks! 

 

PPS- I'm sorry. I'm not sure whether I should tag some stuff in here as spoilers. I thought it's not much of a deal, since it's an older story. On that note, I'm not completely familiar with how to mark spoilers. Sorry!

You've obviously never read Rave, FMA, Dragonball, Rurouni Kneshin, InuYasha, Busou Renkin or any other shonen where teenagers get married and have families all the time.

 

I doubt that they're only 20 years old in the movie, I mean Choji's got a goatee

Another reason to not believe in ths is simple...that Kishi wont like to lose NH/SS fans.....i m damn sure they wouldn't watch the movie...if it were true news

Goku and Chi-chi had Gohan when they were around 18, Haru and Elie had a child when they were about 20, same with FMA.

 

Have a child at a young age is pretty normal in shonen.

I don't know if anybody brought this up, I'm sure somebody has, but, whose designs were/are you most excited about? For me, it has to be Ino. I like her character and the way everybody else looks, I expect good things from Kishi, assuming she in the movie. xD
