Kubo is a fantastic manga artist though. I love the look of his characters now. I wouldn't mind reading another manga of his that is planned out nicely. 

If he gets a writer, he will have great quality in his hands.

I will defend my ship but I'm not going to rub IH in the faces of IR. NH did it to us and that made me feel like kitten. Having a nice debate is ok.

Anyone whose looking to fill the void from Bleach,  Jump onto My Hero Academia it is simply amazing! in a way it's kinda got an very small element of Bleach to it.

No lies but I do like the yell of "Bankai." It's like things got very serious or something. Like Gurren Lagann attack names sound so epic because those VA really go all out on it.

I won't lie...was an IchiRuki fan. Not shocked it wasn't the end game because nothing I ship is apparently seriously enough to be considered a realistic pairing.

I got to wonder One Piece is the only thing left from the big 3, I think it's fitting if it meets the same fate as it's predecesors Naruto and Bleach!

Maybe, I think their skill levels the same but the design for everything after 699 sucks real ass

Kubo has (by mile) better design and kishi has more detail in his art.

Even if IR happened it would've been the same exact way.Two friends just suddenly being a couple who never showed romantic feelings towards each other. Yes, their dynamic was great but people can be friends without even gaining romantic feelings for each other.

 

It makes sense for soulmates to end up together, especially when it was heavily implied from both sides that there might be even more to that.

There is no need for explicit further explanation on that part. Orihime was a friend to Ichigo, absolutely nothing what happened in the series indicated that he returns her romantic feelings in any kind of way. So there is indeed a need for explanation in that case.

 

And even if we were given an explanation ... it would probably still not make sense to me. The Ichigo/Rukia bond was made so strong (romantic or not) that, as the story progressed, it became more and more unlikely that there would be a place for any other serious relationship with another person between them, with the same/higher value than they have established during the series.

 

That's just me, but I would be very uncomfortable knowing that my husband has a unbreakable bond with another woman besides me that will never break, because they are literally soulmates. Someone who changed his world, stopped his depression and cheered him up in situations where I completly failed to do so. Someone for whom he ditched his mission (saving me) for saving her instead and who has been established as his one true equal ... 
I would feel very weird. Like a second choice, a silver medal.

hmmm not sure if joking, but I agree. If One Piece ends like these two then no one can deny that SJ is pulling the strings and all 3 endings are bullcrap.

 

I mean, If Oda says that it's not about pairings and it ends up being pairings at the end how much more Ass Pull can you get???

Unlike Sakura, Rukia got demoted from being the female lead a long time ago. She was replaced by Orihime after the Soul Society arc. Rukia got put on the backburner and was always tagging alongside Renji afterward.

I don't think orihime replace her, she Still the second most important character. It just, kubo writing make all the main characters useless and have no direction. Even ichigo himself, how many time he got trolled by kubo with not win anything?

years ago kubo stated that rukia and ichigo have a deep platonic bond. but now everyone is acting like kubo wasted 15 years of "romantic" development. that's not what kubo wanted, and no amount of popularity could change that as you can see.

^he didn't state that at all, what kind of bath salts are you on XD he said at the time that they're more than friends, but less than lovers. This guy wrote poems about them together, and drew a honeymoon color spread featuring the two of them. Lmfao
