WEEEELLL.....Naruto hasn't been nearly as hated on through the series as Sakura, and she never got her arc, and he down graded her from heroine...I dunno I feel especially vindictive for what he did to her in the long run...

But hell We can throw in a beating for Naruto too

Unfair for him? No. especially if she was being honest, trying to do him a solid and he pissed all over it, and THEN only chased after her for a rivalry. 

Well, the statement was kinda unfair to Naruto in the sense that he had really no reason to believe her. Consider it from his point of view, the only time that we, as an audience, saw Sakura's feelings towards Naruto were when Naruto was either

 

a. Not around her or 

b. when he was knocked out. 

 

So honestly, if you think about it objectively, he had never seen any real indication of her feelings changing towards him, aside from the feeding him thing, which he barely even thought was real. From Naruto's perspective, the only thing he had ever witnessed was Sakura's feelings for Sasuke getting forced down his throat time and time again, to the point where he buried his own feelings for hers (that's not her fault, I'm just saying that Naruto had no reason to believe her). Hell, in 693, Sakura looks Naruto dead in his eyes before telling Sasuke how much she "loves" him. That, to me, felt like a big "kitten you Naruto" on her part. To me, Naruto looked genuinely uncomfortable in that scene, it was like he didn't even exist, and it was like his feelings meant nothing to her. The one person that cared about her the most just got brushed off like it was nothing. Even if it was her intention otherwise, which I believed, it was once again an example to why he really had no reason to believe her back in the LOI.

 

So, yeah, that statement was a little unfair to Naruto (the real one, not whoever is cosplaying as Naruto in the last). What was he supposed to say? How was he supposed to react?

Hinata said that in fact that he is one suffering the most for being born in the cursed clan and its actually an act to hide it.

Alot of NS fans on Facebook still believe in Kishi, they say this NH movie was just for the western fans but "once Hinata's winter dream is over, spring will come around and we'll get NS" I still have some faith that the horrible reception and loss of money will lead them to change the ending of the anime

She was being honest but she also still had feelings for Sasuke that's why I didn't see anything wrong with him denying it especially when he has seen Sakura hurting bc of Sasuke all the time  so I can believe that it was hard for him to fully believe her   . Either way this is exactly why this moment needed resolution  and the OVA 2011 playing in the end  for Naruto to actually witness for once not being unconscious  all the time   but oh well  Kikitten f**cked it up  .

Meh, it felt to me that Naruto, as usual did not want to hear her out. He has a nasty habit of shutting her down at times like these, like when she was trying to speak to him during the rescue Gaara Arc. 

To me it felt like "Oh you moving on from Sasuke!? Impossible."

We must have read a different comic because he seemed pretty happy when she first started talking, It was when she began talking about how Sasuke was far away that he started getting pissy. He had NO RIGHT to tell her she was a liar, and yell at her in front of everyone they knew. It was rude as kitten, who is he to tell her what she feels and DOES not feel? and if we're taking Kishi at his words ( LOL at that now.) she was being honest and truthful about having feelings for Naruto and he ignored her, and called her a liar.

So why should I feel bad for Naruto assuming kitten and being wrong? I feel bad for SAKURA because she was telling the truth and got to look like the bad guy while Naruto skirts off free and clear of criticism AS USUAL. 

she's TRIED showing him her feelings like AGAIN back in the Rescue Gaara arc and he as usual SHUTS her down.

you're missing the point. kishi has come out and said the parallels were a mislead, and rtn is filled with that. why air a movie that has naruto asking out sakura on a date, when in the last his feelings for sakura are due only to his rivalry with sasuke. and i'm sure a lot of people in japan know that kishi played a huge part in rtn.
