The point still seems to be missing you. 
Bolt is going through the same kitten Naruto was as a kid, He is lonely and acting out for SOMEONE, ANYONE to notice him and spend time with him, preferably his dad. As empathetic as Naruto is, as a person, as a FATHER who went through that kitten he should know whats going on in Burrito's head. 
Instead of doing whats necessary as a GOOD father he says "Well son, get the kitten over it, I have all these other people to take care of and you're at the bottom of a long, long list." 
Its not about him just HITTING Burrito, its about ALL of it. The whole damn situation and dynamic. 
The dynamic and situation with Naruto and Sakura was clearly joking, in the way that girls hit guy friends/crushes playfully. You are making connections where there are only BASE similarities. 

The only thing they have in common is physical contact. 
The person in the tumblr account is RIGHT. 
For Naruto to ignore his son like he was ignored, and tell him to basically "Man the kitten up!" means that he has BACK SLIDDED as a character, ergo, the ending is sh*tty.

Like literally, this last chapter should be all anyone needs to realize just how Degraded Naruto has become. He's no longer empathetic and understanding of the pain of others- or if he is, he no longer has the ability to relate to them. He's a bureaucrat now. The machine comes before the people who matter--or should matter most. 

Like literally, If My dad saw me legit suffering and not in the silly teen angst kinda kitten I used to do and said "well, get the kitten over it, i have bigger things to do." I would probably never forgive him for it.

I'll be honest, the stuff we read about Japan and Naruto in a negative light seems truly 100% legit. Like the stuff you hear from others. I believe they are correct. Even the scumbag insult at JF. The evidence keeps stacking up. Now, ramen could very well make it 100% true and when it does, community is going to explode on reality hit.

Look at the contrast between when Sakura does it and that one time when Karui did it. It was like night and day. With Sakura it's all about exaggerated poses and facial expressions. In the anime, these scenes were sometimes accompanied by a humorous soundtrack. Also, Naruto never suffers any permanent damage. He can be bruised one second and the next second he's completely fine.

 

With Karui it was the exact opposite. Here it was just one long drawn out sequence of Naruto getting the kitten beat out of him. Afterwards he was so badly beaten that he had to receive medical aid, complete with bandages and everything. He even continued to wear these bandages for a long time afterwards.

 

So yeah, it isn't just black and white. It's more about how it's conveyed in the story.

Right, its the same thing with Yusuke and Keiko. Who honestly thinks that Nearly demigod powerful Yusuke is hurt by Regular Human Keiko's slaps? its ridiculous to think so, but he over reacts every time not because they are physically painful but for comedic purposes, or even playing into her actions. 

Its the same thing with Naruto, He's a kitten TON more powerful then Sakura, and has crazy regenerative powers. He's not HURT by her hitting him, it causes no lasting damage ( besides to his Ego maybe.) we are never shown that being hit by her HURTS HIS FEELINGS or anything like that. Its idiotic fan's twisting, warping and transposing their own feelings/thoughts on a character who doesn't even give a kitten.

Hell, I would argue Naruto LIKES it, because it gets him Sakura's attention whether good or bad.

The point is they have CONSTANTLY bashed on Sakura for JOKINGLY hitting Naruto, in non serious situations, meanwhile here is NARUTO hitting his kid. Ergo, if Sakura is abusive and unhealthy for it NARUTO is abusive and unhealthy for it.

These are the same idiots who cry and complain when Sakura hits Naruto but coo and sigh over Kushina doing it, when they do that WE call them hypocrites because THEY ARE.
