So I went by my local library just to recollect some old memories I had with comics before anime came into my life, and in the marvel section I found what is probably the most controversial Spider-Man story arc - ONE MORE DAY, and I decided to reread it.  Why you ask? I kinda just did it on a whim, and you know what as bad as it was I could sort of see why they did it.. I'm still pissed at the fact at how thing went down with Pete and MJ biggest sacrifice, but now I've got Spider-Man Renew Your Vows, and I'm satasfied since in that universe Pete and MJ are together and have a wondeful daughter named Annie. <---- (Major side note I know, "Just get to the point Lucky" lol)

 

 

So the here is something that's a no brainer, but I'm curious what you all think was the worst story ending...

 

Spider-Man's One More Day or  Naruto?

Hard to say honestly both stories took characters and rendered them increidbly out of character both violated years and inspideys case decades of development and precedent..
 

Both were also done due to editorial pressure

Well at least Peter is home for his kids. He might be abusive but you can't call him neglectful.    He DOES show his love for his kids every now and then. Do you see that in Burrito?

 

BTW this is FACT too. Sakura probably wants Sarada as a reminder that there "must be something" between her and Sasuke. Fans can claim they love each other all they want and The story could shove it in our faces all it wants. But from what I gather in gaiden, Sasuke and Sakura behave around each other VERY MUCH like two people forced into  an non-affectionate arranged marriage. Am I wrong? Sasuke is indifferent, and Sakura is hungry for attention and love she isn't gonna get, similar to emotionally abusive relationships or again, an loveless arranged marriage where one side of the party is trying to make it work out. Feel free to disagree with me if you wish but That's how I feel. And I KNOW I am right

Maybe Kishi is trying to show the ending isn't what he intended. But that isn't the right way to go about it. He shouldn't have pu**ied out and just made it the ending the way you it was supposed to be.

To be honest, both are equally bad in my opinion. Abuse and neglect are both equally damaging emotionally and psychologically, especially to kids. What I meant to say is that Peter Griffin at least shows his love for his kids on occassion, plus that is the point Family Guy. The sociopathy is meant to be an ironic joke, whereas the neglect seen in "Burrito" is supposed to be seen as drama, and a very idiotic one at that.

 

I don't find it endearing or believable, least of all sympathetic. The Naruto I know would NEVER neglect his family, because he was an  ORPHAN. Why would an orphan, who was socially/emotionally abused AND neglected, neglect his own son and tell him loneliness is an emotion that you suck up and deal with because your father has more important things to do than you? This Naruto is a hypocrite of the highest order and confirms what his fans are saying about him being a scumbag. He knows what it's like to not have a father in your life and how it is to be neglected yet he does the same BS to his son? HIS ENTIRE FAMILY ON TOP OF IT ALL? I SPIT on that

 

 And of course I knew from the start that Duck-butt head was a lone wolf already BUT, He is a hypocrite too. He had his whole family murdered and wanted them back, yet he left after giving his  "knock up forehead poke" to Sakura and DOESN"T COME HOME for over a decade? Not to mention he almost killed his own child, despite having witnessed his own blood get murdered by the brother that he idolized? Now he did not know of course, but the point still stands, as he wasn't even there when his daughter was born.

 

These two idiots are the biggest hypocrites I've ever seen, putting both of their families through THE SAME horrible pain they themselves have experienced as children, and not even bothering to apologize for it. No, they rather deal with each other's child because it reminds them SO MUCH of their (kitten) feelings for each other.

 

It is disgusting, don't you agree? Again even the most sociopathic (for comedy purposes) fathers would show love for their children. What are these two numskulls' excuses?

Maybe its true but do you think the hardcore NH, SS fans including Pierot care? As long as their pairings are canon they could care less if they don't love each other at all. Its all about fulfilling their needs not caring about the story or the plot or how much the characters development was destroyed. The other day I didn't know what was I thinking but I was watching a video by Forneverworld god he talks so much crap and so much BS especially when it came to Naruto and Bleach. I regret watching the video.

Oh naruto's ending no doubt. While one more day bad the art is pretty good and I've heard had some good storylines after it happened according to linkara and I trust his word.

Speaking of editorial mandate and marketing naruto has turned into the 90's version of the clone saga were no one cares about the story, plotline and points are rendered useless or undone. Drawn out pass the point anyone cares by this point, characters being out of character.

I don't think there's a middle ground with this both are awful so pick your poison. Kushina and minato must turning in their graves at what naruto has become along with jiraya, nagato, konan, neji, the other tailed beasts and their hosts.

Well said my friend I think naruto is worse. And what has hinata done to make naruto spent time with them oh wait nothing she has done nothing. I mean naruto could be getting a bj by ino and hinata would do nothing.

I wouldn't say they ruined Naruto. The problem with these youtubers they don't hide the fact that they love rubbing it in the faces of the NS fandom that their favorites pairings are canon. At the same time they pretend like they're not rubbing it in our faces (prime example is sawyer7mage the guy acts all nice but he always finds a way to shove NH to our throats or say" I told you so" without giving us the finger).

I will say this.. outside of his Naruto videos,  Sawyer7mage isn't all that bad in fact I think he's kinda cool, but when it comes to Naruto I do agree that he does go "A little far with NH stuff" 

 

 

Prime example would be his whole thoughts on the elections and how they were both kitten which I could get behind, and his one piece videos too.

Us she'd brawl her eyes out and Naruto would probably do nothing but watch and get drunk. I was under the impression she never had a spine.
She would apologize to Naruto and blame herself and then ask Ino for tips on how she managed to pull it off.

She would but it would help at all and she's an awful if she has to go to other for help and ino is not the best choice for tips and neither is sakura.
