My guess would be that the girl is either Karin or Hinata although I'll just go with the former. But, if Sasuke dies in the manga she'll no longer have a role around other than being part of Team Taka (which will disband if Sasuke is killed) and/or an Uzumaki relative of Naruto.

 

P.S:- Sakura is the hottest girl in the movie no matter what'd you say, period.

Dunno my guess is he responded using google or bing translate.

 

It sounds to me like he's saying what the narrator was saying in the first teaser that this takes place after the manga.

I reversed translated what he said in google translate so this may or may not be what he originally said
