I can't wait to read it It's going to be East versus West between Eddie and Boruto
"My name is Sung Ji-woo. Some called me the Assassin of Death. A Necromancer Deity... My journey has been nothing but walking over a mountain of corpses. My legion of the dead reigns supreme. None shall block my way or... face the wrath of my blades!" --Solo Leveling.

I could have sworn the hype for Gaiden was more noticeably than Boruto. Maybe it is coming much later.
Because they were catering to the west with the online Jump. Now its easy assume that they are now focusing on their main market.

I think a big reason people disliked Sakura came down to first impressions. Not only her attitude but also her physical characteristics...People could NOT stop grudging on Part 1 Sakura and so they became hyper sensitive to every mistake she made in part 2.
Pretty ironic for a manga that insisted on making it a point that people change no matter how good or bad they were to start off with. That is until the ending decided people don't change, rather you get what you want if you obsess over it long enough

In order for the pairing to happened. Literally no growth could happen to any of the characters. Remember the plot they always had for how Naruto would end in their fanfiction was. Naruto would bring back Sasuke. Sakura then marries Sasuke. This leaving Naruto available marries hinata. Sakura failing in love with Naruto or even just getting over Sasuke was their biggest fear. That why they had to make sure everyone thought that Sakura's confession was a false confession.
Sakura doesn't change.
No she did develop and had an arc it just stopped after the pein arc and eventually regressed by the ending.

That's why for those of you here who still dreamed and aim to become a mangaka, ask yourself this "Do you want to become a mangaka because you want to share this incredible fantasy adventure and happiness of yours to the world ?? or you simply want to make money/living and become rich??"
If you are the latter ... then you will 100% pretty much will end up like Kishi where the studio, editor, and fans will take over your work.
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

To be fair, creating profit is the purpose of creative industry.

Really??? you already know how it feels to be betrayed and mislead as a fans right now by Kishi. And you saying you don't mind taking the same path as him and mislead your fans just money and profit??
I'm scared of you ... really...

So with other movies, the ones with passion, they're usually a box office gamble because it will be new and it will be something that people can't really associate with it. Like it's not a comic film, or a sequel of already giant franchise, or anything that's easily get into.
Basically, Kishi did the former. He said he didn't want to do ninja in the first place. Think about that.

I want to be someone who deliver good product and that will get me a good profit. Because sometime good product doesn't equal profit.
For mangaka, some want to get glory, fortune, or just artistic value. And all of that is good.
@touken
Exactly. I don't know why mangaka that want fortune make them a sinner.

There are plenty of series that generate large amount of money yet the product itself is a great quality. Same applies to movies. No, I don't want to be like him. He's a bad writer.

Everyone's restless. Are you guys that bored without Kishi's contradicting interviews and no Naruto content to swallow hard

Kishi didn't even came up with half of the ideas that existed in Part 1/ early Part 2. So it was pretty clear that Kishi was in it for fortune/ artistic value (he stated long ago how he loved to draw during his younger years).
I mean Minato was originally supposed to be a dog. And Yahagi came up with the underdog plot ( he also unfortunately came up with love triangle, which is not bad at first, but now I hate love triangles in plot). Kishi just wanted a story about Naruto the fruit vendor.
Maybe at first the story got to him and he began to care for the characters, but Yahagi left, and majority of people began to care less about the theme and more about their faves/ ships, and now Naruto became God, which destroyed the hole point of the underdog story. I should have realized it then.

People started to not care about the point and more about who is better/ likable.
If it was any other fandom, based on what I've seen, there probably would have been a different ending. The Naruto Fandom has always been kitten when it comes to an unpopular opinion or an opinion in general. And instead of backing off knowing that you can't change a person's view, they make it loud and clear that your interpretation is wrong.

You know, I`m curious how popular the BoruSara ship will be once the new manga starts. And if it does gain popularity but will share NS`s fate and have Boruto end up with someone else at the very end.
We`ll see

You know I just read food wars. I don't think Tsuderes are dead in Japan and moes are everything like some people have been saying. Erina is a Tsudere Princess to here core, she hasn't been in the plot as much as Megumi, and yet she has always been 2 place in popularity polls in Japan. Megumi on the other hand is moe and is everything hinata should have been for us (or at least myself) to accepted nH as a good romance, yet she ranks third behind Erina.
Now that's in Japan from the comments I read from the site I was reading food wars here what American's think of the two. Erina is a haughty kitten the needs to be beaten, rape, and slowly torture to death for being such an unlikable haughty kitten to the main character. How dare she do that to a man why doesn't Soma beat that kitten up or rape her? Side note: If you were to ask these people in real life what their view of women are they probably tell you they are Feminist. Megumi on the other hand is a perfect flawless angel who deserves the main character, and anyone who slightly mean to her should die in the most heinous way possible.
