Ooh, ooh and then he tries to find her and confront her about the letter but finds her in Sasuke's arms. (insert dramatic music) Of course Naruto freaks out and wants nothing to do with her and only later do we find out some idiotic reason why she was making out with Sasuke in the first place(probably brainwashed or forced her so he could weaken Naruto). Oh my, the drama...
Khm, now look what you made me do. You gave me an idea and my cheap romance damaged brain went crazy. I watched too many soap operas when I was little...
Never gonna happen, no way in hell a scenario like that could ever happen.
Sasuke's ambiguous sexuality (either he's a homosexual or (more likely) an asexual) would never allow him to even make out with Sakura to weaken Naruto psychologically and emotionally. I don't think Sasuke would even want to consider such an idea despite the huge advantage it would bring him due to his lack of interest in Sakura or any female in particular. It would be totally out of character on Sasuke's part.
Plus I highly doubt that Sakura would be weak enough to even let a guy have their way with her without fighting back. Sure she might not be as strong as Sasuke but if he tried something like that with her she'd probably punch him real hard in the face. Even if Sasuke tried a genjutsu on her it's been speculated that Sakura has a strong resistance to genjutsu due to Inner Sakura that could be linked to the so-called "Haruno Clan". So it would be fair to say that Sakura could be unaffected by even the most powerful Uchiha genjutsu and also be able to get out of a genjutsu with relative ease.
Not to mention that it would ruin the narusaku kiss if we ever see them kiss in the future. This is where the Sacred First Kiss trope comes into play. According to the article on TV Tropes, a first kiss is considered an extremely intimate act in Japan and a spoiled or stolen first kiss can lead to much angst and even anger. It's kind of like how a virgin's first time having intercourse is viewed in the west. So when viewed in that context, a narusaku kiss would only be a shallow victory in the sense that Naruto wasn't Sakura's first kiss but Sasuke instead. Then the naruhina/sasusaku fans would never shut up about it and claim that their pairings are canon even if Naruto and Sakura get together in the end. And as a narusaku fan would you be pissed off that Sasuke of all people where to do a 180 turn and steal Sakura's first kiss from Naruto out of sheer spite just to make an a**hole of himself? Or would you rather see Sakura having her first kiss with Naruto, the person she truly cares about to the point where her feelings for Naruto are much stronger romantically and sexually then her past lovey-dovey fairy tale fangirl crush on Sasuke could ever hope to be? I guarantee you that most of you would rather see the later scenario happen in the manga.
Sakura probably never thought about Sasuke in a sexual light even when she had her fangirl crush on Sasuke in part 1. But in part 2 Sakura not only had developed more valid romantic feelings for Naruto (in the sense that they weren't founded on looks or coolness in the case of her crush on Sasuke but the fact that she and Naruto care about each other deeply) but she displayed more sexual openness towards Naruto (ramen feeding scene) then she ever did toward Sasuke. In fact, I don't even think she ever did show any sexual interest in Sasuke at all because her crush on Sasuke was nothing more then lovey-dovey feelings you'd get from a fairy tale like fantasy. The only thing I could think of that could be slightly considered Sakura thinking something like that about Sasuke is a moment within the manga version of the Forest of Death Arc where Inner Sakura wishes to see Sasuke take a piss right after she tells Naruto not to take a piss in front of her. But that isn't much of an example other then just to showcase how Sakura fangirling over Sasuke would contradict her views on Naruto's actions if Sasuke where to do something similar. It may also be an early example of showing that Sakura is a closet pervert. But nonetheless I don't really see any sexual implications about wanting to see your crush take a piss in the woods other then just wanting to see your crush take a piss in the woods and nothing more. But that was the past and her crush on Sasuke was one-sided anyways so I believe that we don't have to worry about it. Especially since she appears in that chapter with the love letter ninja to be ashamed of herself for even having such a stupid crush on Sasuke in the first place.
Whew, that was a lot of typing. Even though my last paragraph had nothing to do with my response to this post (maybe only slightly related to it), I'm glad I was able to get my thoughts out.
