So last night my girlfriend and I were talking about the new spiderman movie that's coming out next year, and somehow we ended up bringing up a discussion between which characters of the new generation had an interesting character arc and where they came in the end.  At first I thought she meant in the Naruto series, but she was also referring to marvel comics when it came to the comparisons.

 

Getting to the point we were discussing between Sarada, from Naruto Gaiden, or Annie Parker, from the Spider-man Renew Your Vows storyline,  who had the better character arc?  For those of you who've read Renew Your Vows I think you all know what the answer is.

Of course the obvious thing is unlike Sarada's story which is to justify SS,  Annie's story isn't really to justify the Peter and MJ pairing because of LEGIT DEVELOPMENT THAT HAPPENED BETWEEN THEM.

That was actually one of my favorite moments, it showed how despite being in love with her, shouldering the responsibility as a hero made him realize that he wanted to keep her safe even if it meant giving up the woman he loved.

That was good and why spiderman was a great character where naruto tried that and failed. what's Naruto's reason for giving up on Sakura that kitten rivalry thing that is a lie.
