LOL just watched the AU Konoha High School OVA. My god that made me laugh so hard, it made my day <3 Anywho, I watched that ending and it was cool. Hahaha. Back to the main issue at hand however...I wonder how the next NaruSaku moment will play out. I actually just really want Sakura to see how powerful Naruto is...something along those lines. I'm more of an 'indirect' romance kind of person- sort of like friendship and development first, denial, and finally acceptance. I think that's why I like NaruSaku. But really- how do you guys see the next scene playing out?

As for the next Narusaku moment I have no freakin clue, but its probably going to involve like u said, Sakura realizing how strong Naruto has become.
Hopefully it will be in the next chapter.

the next most likely moment would probably involve a mroe in depth conversation between the two of them. A kind of semi bench scene where Naruto this time comes out with his feelings in his own clumsy way to Sakura. Her responce will more likely be guarded and a teensy bit cautious givne what happened in iron country. However if it hits the point were Naruto compliments her forehead again then it will move pass that to a kiss on the forhead before leaving.

If it doesnt move past or resolve that issue it may lay the foundation towards resolving it. Right now the pair of them need to mvoe towards a mutual self assured resolution based on their own words and feelings instead of the actions of others.

I'm lowering my expectation, they may won't have the chance to meet face to face (hopefully I'm wrong). Nevertheless, I would love to see mental connection between Sakura and Naruto. When Naruto is in danger, Sakura 'sense' something is not right. Would be happy also if this triggers her to jump to the battlefield...

But again, it's just me..

I'm expecting something vague, considering how the overall atmosphere is hardly romantic at the moment. I'm guessing it'll be something like Sakura yelling at him and Naruto flinching in fear. Then he'll randomly see Kushina yelling at him. He'll say, "Mom?!??" which will lead to him getting punched across the camp in a comical fashion. Either that, or someone just comments on Naruto being a "great guy", which will make Sakura flashback to that love-letter nin and smile.

I doubt the bench-scene resolution will happen until right before the next Naruto vs. Sasuke fight. That scene will pretty much cement them as a couple, and there's still a lot of fights to go through before the war ends.

Well, if we're gonna point out references from the anime, let's see from the omakes and endings, Naruto and Sakura has gone shopping with each other, went to a festival with each other with Naruto paying for it, Naruto almost had a dream of kissing Sakura, and they manage to have a reassurance moment via smiling ending. They've done everything a romantic couple has done except kiss and uhhh one other thing.

umm yeah so unless you're expecting them to "bond" during the war its not happening for some time so no need to mention that other thing they haven't one as a couple

Well, Naruto and Hinata had a date in that one AU OVA where they're all in high school, but even then they made a point of mentioning how Sakura was jealous of it, LOL.

And what was with that one ending where Sakura was drawing a picture of him in the shower? Even as an NS fan, I was like "Really, anime team?" You can only go so far and still try to play it off as friendship. I wonder how the NaruHina fans who only watch the anime reacted to that.

I think right now Kishi is doing a lot of developement for NS in smile fashions, separately for Naruto and Sakura. Not so much Naruto right now because of all that he has to deal with currently but Kishi puts in a little moment every once in a while. Like him searching for Sakura in sage mode, it may not seem intentional and completely random but I believe Kishi is in fact drawing that on purpose. I don't see Kishi ever drawing anything without reason. Then for Sakura, Kishimoto has actually given her huge development in terms of her "love". She has overcome what I believe her confusion between Sasuke and Sakura (during the Team 7 reunion arc). And now, she has straight out said she in love with someone else. If we are confident in Narusaku, then that's a HUGE pairing development for Sakura.

Of course they're going to see each other during the war, I'm saying this because I believe Shikaku hinted at it by saying "According to all our data, when Naruto is in nine-tais mode he can sense an enemies evil thoughts and intentions, if we had him we could see through the monsters' transformations." And since Naruto is currently heading to the war, he will be appointed the job of scanning for the white Zetsu clones in every part of the camp or wherever it is they are, although it is highly probable that it will happen the second night of the war, since the sun is coming out again....

Well, all I know is that we're in the clear and its basically a waiting game to see if its canon or no canon, thankfully, there should be no one in their way, when they're going to have that talk, after the war is over, to clear everything up and then everything is going to be ok.

I think that the lover-nin just won't go unmentioned yet. No i think that when Sakura see's Naruto again and she see's how he ran all the way from his training with Bee just to come fight in the war to protect his fellow ninja she will remember what the lover-nin said to her. "They're bound to be a great person". She will remember it as Naruto is walking off away from the camp to fight in the battle and she will sweetly smile at him.

That or a bench scene moment (though it may be too early for that. I want it to happen before Naruto's fight with Sasuke hehehe )

The whole bench scene and having an in depth conversation is highly unlikely just cause that should happen at the end and the manga seems to be far from over.

Here are a couple of What if/things I would like to see/possible scene situations

I would like to see Naruto see a mental image of Kushina when looking at Sakura, kind of like when Kakashi saw Minato when looking back at Naruto.

What if Naruto sees Sakura and Sakura tells him she loves him/or hates him then Naruto punches her and we find out that its a White Zetsu (would be epic)

And a possible scene is Sakura getting angry at Naruto for coming, but also Marveling at his power. But keeping it to herself.

I don't know, but I can't shake the feeling that the letter won't just dissapear, that Kishi made the lover-nin give it to her for a reason. Otherwise why bother? He could've just walked in and confessed like he did without it.

The most probably scenario is Naruto runs into the medic camp looking for Sakura but she's gone for some reason. Then Naruto found the letter and thought Sakura is "cheating" on him. Cheap drama ensues. Hopefully not.

Highly unlikely, seeing that the remaining medi nins will have their hands full with all the zetsu victims, especially after half the medic tent got wiped out.
