Noooo, Because going by that logic she'd be a puddle of tears at least every arc when they separate. It was something more....... serious than that. And that has nothing to do with shipping preference since I'm not afraid to admit she shows nothing when separated from Luffy either, well at least just from the thought of being separated from him.

I think they trust sanji so much since he's the third strongest character in sh. Well, at least he will never get lost unlike someone.

That's true. Still, it really felt like we missed a chapter from the beginning when you see a feast and happy Nami. Strange follow up.

Maybe this is some kind of reserved plot since the feast and celebration happen in the end of the arc.
Maybe we will see sanji and the rest in action. It's a smart way to tell a flashback.

i don't think it's love. it'd be like if there was a person luffy saw that was made out of his favorite meat. that's basically how i read it.
