You can follow the example of pretending that the final two chapters never existed, if that's what you prefer. Personally I haven't touched the manga since that fateful Thursday two weeks ago. I may not ever touch that thing again. It's just too painful to continue reading at this time. 

 

Same for me. Even if I want to enjoy my favorites moments I can't because I feel like it was all a lie.

If you want to put it like that, yes. I never really preferred using that exact phrase when contemplating whether to look at a new series or not. Because the affection you originally held is still there, in some form or another. It couldn't leave such an impact you that's felt on so many different emotional levels if you weren't invested in the story. But since that affection has been mutilated with this breach of narrative consistency, I can't enjoy or accept it.

there's hope thanks to Urasawa-sensei too. His works are pure masterpiece. 20thCB is the best manga I ever read in my life by far.

Yeah, his is genuis, but I didn't read his works. Another "perfect" couple that could shatter like NS is in Hajime no Ippo by George Morikawa, but that is sport manga, and I hope that's not the case.

I saw no difference in that tumblr post except  sugarcoating his answer and defending him this people WTF   . Its still has the same meaning  Sakura  would be a terrible woman if she steals Naruto from Hinata  and  bc moving away from Sasuke  god forbid she does that and find her own happiness    its even worse now that I think about it    Naruto's feelings means kitten    .

I got so pissed off that we saw Rin in the afterlife in like a lot of panels and we didn't get to see Kushina at least once in the final arc, she was just mentioned. Kushina, the only female that was well developed by Kishimoto was thrown in the trash by having her words irrelevant in the end, as if they never existed. Thank you Kishimoto.

I don't know if my sentiments towards the manga will have eased up by then or not. As of now, the manga and the series as a whole has lost its appeal in my eyes. So I'm afraid the wacky adventures of big-breasted stalker's spawn and their mutant horde of sidekicks from the "new generation" will likely not be seeing any consideration from me personally.

Now I've got a nice road trip to process all this. Yeah, not happy. Sinceriously, Kishi? Nothing Naruto related will ever be the same again. From now, everything Naruto related will underperform. This doesn't seem like it will happen but it will happen. It's the advantage of positive thinking lol

Anywho, going still at least wait for a summary on all of this. I still believe it's strange main couples had 0 interaction. After all this going to continue my pursuit of becoming a world renowned author and screenwriter. Then, when that day comes, going to comment on this crap fest that is 699/700.
