Im a NaruSaku fan, somewhat new, around a month and half since i started watching Naruto in October. I had an unbiased beginning to this series because i knew a great deal of who was getting paired up, who was gonna die etc. due to my friends being avid watchers/readers for years so i had no opinion yet and was eager to find out how it was all built up. By the end of the first 220 episodes of Naruto part 1 i was eager to see how much they would change by shippuden because it seemed that all the main characters where going to have great development in the time lapse, and maybe then i would get to see NH build up.
NO so much no. I didnt have the build up for years like many NS fans had and i knew how it ended before i even started it. So how does someone so new to this with all the answers still scratch his head in confusion, anger, and dissapointment? Its simple, the ending was a failure.
I wont try and make NS arguments because in reality most are fillers and the few that are in the canon series are so inderect that its hard to make a good argument out of them. But the same goes for NH, they might have won the battle but they can only remember two moments in the 699 eps before its end. And it was more like its just there, nothing major developed but Hinata looking more desperate to get Narutos attention.
I support NS because i know that it could have been developed nicely through shippuden. They were almost guaranteed seeing as how they spent just about every moment together, they were both main characters, and had no trouble expressing themselves thus far.
If someone as new as me is already arguing about this ending then you know that there are some questions that need direct answers to not some run around. He acts surprised that there are Sakura fans and never directly answers the subject of why NS was never in the works or seriously considered despite his wife and staff were NS shippers. Better yet i want to know why he feels its ok for Sakura or Sasuke to forget about the past and move on to the most awkward marriage that has no romance, no comedic relief etc. He knew very well how bad his romance writing was and said kitten it imma just wing it and hope it comes to be good, Hald way through, Oh wow really? their are NS fans and Sakura Fans? man i still have half the series to go i better correct this or go along with it or ask for a good romance manga writers advice. No? ok lemme just due some red herring no one will understand, make sakura look like kitten and Naruto notice his stalker with tittle biggies. Yup thats your ending folks oh wait its not heres some Boruto.
It all seems odd like it wasnt even thought out just thrown on paper. 15 years and he never once thought maybe i should review this better. NH or NS could of had well development even part ways in to shippuden. but instead we got NS bs build up, so called red herring, and NH ending up together with two minutes worth of manga/screen time on how i met your mother.
