RRR is very difficult to obtain because of the skill and its feature. SP, LR, and GR are the most difficult ones but they're parallel to RRR (and RR for LR, especially grade 2). So my guess is the "future" Ahsha will be classified as either RRR or GR. Well, you're right. "Future" Ahsha may be SP as well. Same as Chronojet Dragon and Altimite.
 
Rin is the second female Vanguard character that I hate. And I saw a few who starts shipping her with Tokoha.

As for his hatred for GC yeah that's obvious from that flashback he had but I'm not sure its hatred so much as its curiosity or solving the mystery behind it .
