Wait, so it's not even "Boruto - the movie", but "Boruto: Naruto the Movie"?
Well, I guess considering Naruto and Sasuke are STILL getting center stage in the poster, even above "the next generation", it's not surprising. That, or Gaiden is already flopping, so they're trying to suck in people again by making it seem more focused on (Narito and) Sasuke again.

You know the sad thing is. I wouldn't mind too much with Chunnin Exam. Ok, it's obvious to use for nostalgia but it wouldn't be any worse than The Last. Now with this, it makes you think, "This is your best, Kishi?" I thought he would put more work but it's the same old. Eh. I always expect disappointment.

Was there going to be more movies after the Boruto one? I recall hearing that Pierrot had more movies planned with the new Gen.
If Kishi continues trolling the fans, I don't think SP will plan future movies beyond the Bolt film.

I got to say, Bolt does look better in manga than anime. Or rather, colored manga than anime. It's a shame to see his big debut on anime rather than manga.

Bastard spawn... Every time I see their faces I can't help but shake my head in disgust at the vast amount of sacrifices made to give them life. I just hope Kishi and his ilk choose not to pair them. It would be hypocritical to justify such a mingling of creatures when they have done so much to deconstruct a compelling relationship and play it off as the byproduct of petty rivalry. Well those two are supposedly bona fine rivals, yes? Two individuals who are clashing against each other with the same irritable, bratty, childish mindset.
Stick to your guns, Kishi and complacent fanboys. Anyone who's denounced NaruSaku as "Kushina x Kushina" for having the same likeminded similarities to Naruto's late mother should be hoping with every fibre of their being that those two do not meet under any pretenses except as rivals, teammates, or friends at best.
