There were some good momens of the fight but on the whole I didn't like it. Naruto deserved a decisive win for the big fight with his rival.

That fight was utter kitten  , another fight were Naruto had to be nerfed so much  just so Sasuke can be a decent match  for him the asspullery was out of the charts  like every battle he's in  kitten . Like Sasuke getting the Rinnengan wasn't enough  but he had to have the Bijuu's also bc why  not he gets everything handed to him  and  suddenly he's a master of the Rinnengan and gets this ridiculous use of power which he previously didn't displayed, bc apparently he was getting used to its powers ( while sitting on his ass for the whole Kaguya fight much like the whole damn war )  despite not seeing him using that said power , How any of this kitten made sens really !? .

 

And Naruto who fought the whole time the whole war was being depleted of his power and  gets to fight that Sasuke  , I mean Really !? WTF  Sasuke should    have been stomped in a mere seconds  the whole fight was just  one giant asspull for Sasuke , It was all for his benefit as we saw with this kitten of an ending . Even the context the dialog of the fight was utter crap  bc half of the time you can't even figure out WTH they are saying arguing about it made little to no sens as it was all whining on their side , so much fail so much utter crap for what should have been  the biggest fight in the whole damn manga   yeah kitten that kitten .

For me? Not, they already destroyed every bit of Naruto's character, now he is stupid douchbag without even a bit of logic in him.
It's only possible to do more damage to Sakura, by writing that she had feeling for Naruto but thinked that she didn't deserved him. That would do alot of damage to Sakura and another props for NH, cause "oh look! Sakura is cool! She knew that Hinata is better then she ever will be!" will become "canon" if anything past 698 can be called that word.

Man, people that liked this ending - are hopeless, I don't think they care about Sakura at all, they'll gladly accept any SS that will be in there, because it's Sasuke, nuff said.

That's the idea. If there is indeed a hidden feeling, it's going to damage the franchise even further. It's going to make Hinata and the NH pairing look more ridiculous than it already is and not to mention a heroic sacrifice Sakura has made. To be honest, I'm very skeptical Kishi would pull it off because he lack brain cells to do it. But not entirely possible because it was confirmed by 2chan that Kishi stated in the movie pamphlet that Sakura saw Naruto as a romantic interest even past chapter 699. Only the novel can confirmed it to be a red herring or not.

How is this supposed to be a good song again? Just saying Bicycle over and over is..... entertaining? Can we have Sakura's songs for comparison:

 

 

Here we have a song that exemplifies Sakura's character. She is insecure about herself and yet there is a kindness to her where she would do anything for those she cares about. Then at the end we see her see Naruto and her friends supporting her and she runs towards the other five finally catching up to them.

 

 

Now this one is a clear shipping fodder song for sure. But it's a damn good one. And before anyone says anything that is Sakura in the video, she had that hat on in an earlier beach ending song. And no that is not Sasuke she imagines, If you pay attention to Naruto throughout the series he has a tendency of looking up towards the sky, whereas Sasuke looks down. Finally there are two interesting lines in the song. "I gazed at you in silence." When has Sakura ever gazed at Sasuke in silence? She has gazed lovingly at Naruto in silence "Just look at my sig for a reminder. "I wish I could just hate you." Sakura has never hated Sasuke for anything he has ever done, but she has hated Naruto before when they were younger.

 

And finally Jitensha just plain sucks

Here is one thing I wonder, guys; did it come off sometimes like Kakashi felt like he had ignored Naruto? I mean, we saw a lot of times he looked down on him, either because of how he is, or his not being "smart", as well as his also trying to shape Naruto into the kind of ninja he felt he needed to be. A good example to me was Kakashi "dumping" Naruto onto Ebisu just so he could focus on his own training, and then showing some of his favoritism when Sasuke found him. Also the fact Kakashi seemed to look down on Naruto making a similar Jutsu with the Naruto Uzumaki Barrage to the Lion's Barrage, yet he didn't even need a Sharingan to do it and only saw Sasuke do the Lion's Barrage once. What I wanna know--- is it because of Naruto being a Jinchuriki?  Was it painful memories since Naruto is Minato's son? Or is it Kakashi and a preconceived notion that natural geniuses beat those who work hard enough? I'd like to get a few opinions on this.

 

Kakashi at the beginning of the manga was a lot different than he is now. I'm glad that he stepped up with Sakura and said it was the teacher's responsibility to handle his wayward student, not hers. So I feel like that was a step in the right direction of him acknowledging that Sasuke was his problem and he was going to fix it.

 

However, it would have been nice if there was some reason for Kakashi being as distant as he was in the beginning. Hiruzen dumped the team on Kakashi because he "had a nose for these types." What a strange thing to say! What does that mean about Kakashi, especially since he didn't often take on teams (I think it was implied) and the ones that he did, he failed. Across the board, according to Iruka. So he would have been a really hard sensei. So how would he 'have a nose for those types' if he flunks every student he's ever had? 

 

And what a negligent thing to say about the son of the last Hokage and Kakashi's sensei! It was an opportunity to shed light on Kakashi's background, or to leave a clue as to Naruto's heritage for readers to go back and find later on, but it was wasted. 

 

Kakashi showed favoritism toward Sasuke, neglected Naruto and ignored Sakura. He was snappish toward Iruka and competitive with Jiraiya and the rest of the teams. Part-1 Kakashi definitely had a chip on his shoulder and was a terrible teacher. 

 

Wouldn't it have been great if we were given a reason at the beginning as to why he was distant, refused to engage, was hard on his students and yet still competitive with the other shinobi of the same positions. Then his character evolution would have moved hand-in-hand with Team 7's. As their bond grew, he would open up more about his old grievances and slowly let them go to become the great teacher and friend he is at the end. 

 

Instead, what little evolution he has through the series aren't overt or intentional. As readers, we can't go back and pinpoint changes in his storyline and say 'yes! his character is evolving!' It just doesn't happen. This would be especially important because now at the end Kakashi is sitting in the Hokage seat, something he never indicated he was interested in at all. While it's clear it's because of Obito's dream, it would have been great for this little kernel to be woven into Kakashi's storyline instead of his knack for always being late and that anyone who abandons his friends is trash. That's Obito's legacy through him, not becoming Hokage. And the one who was supposed to be Hokage, this point is driven home again and again, is given the shaft for no reason at all. 

 

Kakashi is a great character, with an awesome backstory that turns out to be really integral to the plot. It's too bad it was handled so poorly that we're left at the going 'wtf just happened?'
