Well, it's a running joke, not to take it serious. Get it!? A running joke!
But seriously, I knew that already.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
I kind of meant that they did a reasonable defence for the mockery Hinata was getting.

Some NS goodness in this chapter XD
Maybe Sakura will be the one to rescue Naruto or Minato is the one who will rescue or even both Sakura and Minato. I think Sasuke will be recovered by some way or Karin and/or Orochimaru will help him. It's more easy with Sasuke's injury.
If Sakura will be the one to save him all the way then probably she'll use Chiyo's jutsu, and very possible that she's the one who will rescue Naruto. The parallel of her and Chiyo in this chapter is very strong that I don't think Kishi has drawn nearly the same thing with Sakura for nothing and just by coincidence.
I think the Tobi that emerged is either a Zetsu or Dark Obito maybe ?

Ah, okay, now I see what you mean.
I mean to make this a comparison (and it's a stretch)... Naruto was trying to find someone, who wanted nothing to do with him, because of a deep hearted friendship while Hinata was trying to reach out to someone she loves deeply. Both of these cases seem highly misguided as Naruto and Sasuke never seemed to have a great friendship to begin in terms of the manga and Naruto doesn't seem to acknowledge Hinata's love. That's all I got though and really... I'm pretty certain people didn't like that Naruto trip either, but that was way back when Part 2 began, so who's really gonna remember the main characters acts of lameness?

It'll never end... not even when somethings confirmed. This is like the hidden first rule of shipping in a fanbase.

Sorry, I had to edit my post to make my point ^^;
Basically no one was dying or getting hurt in Naruto's situation, they're in the middle of a War in Hinata's case.
Pretty much. There situations aren't the same and it has nothing to do with her being a female IMO. That's not why I responded negatively toward that situation. It was mainly due to her once again disregarding everything else and chasing Naruto foolishly. Naruto tripped and fell but he wasn't doing what Hinata did. Their objectives were different and that's enough.
Her character is just all over the place at this point. She's better off being offscreen for awhile to be perfectly honest.

I find it noble to support a character you like, but yeah, it was a misguided comparison at the end of the day. Again, not saying people can't compare them and find a similarity as I did try to point one out, but when you look at both of them in the context of the story, they're not similar at all. Naruto wasn't acting fully on selfishness (he was still trying to save Sasuke for Sakura), Hinata was acting completely out of selfishness at the end of the day.
But I have have to agree when it's not Hinata's fault but how Kishi is writing her lately.

Uhh, guys? Have anyone notice about how Sakura lose her Kyubbi coat something? In the beginning, I did saw her have it but at the middle to the end it left out. What happen?
Naruto's dying, and he no longer has Kurama, so everyone is losing their Kyuubi coats without any way to replenish them.

Frankly, I agree with that post. It is a double standard that Hinata would be called weak and useless for falling on her face but when Naruto does it no one holds it against him. It's another example of the poor treatment female characters get from the fandom. What, did you expect me to laugh at it?
Is this really any different than when we defend Sakura's actions? They have just as much right to defend Hinata as we do Sakura.

Well, Hinata is officially off the radar. With this in mind, Naruto fans over here need to let this "NARUHINA!!!!" thing go because there's hardly anything going on BOTH ways and Hinata's development is at close. The trip and fall, not to mention the blind obsession for Naruto during the middle of a war no less, just scream that her character progression is not important anymore. She isn't become much more relevant than Team Taka/Not Team 7.
If I was ever a Hinata fan (that has a good mind in tact for her character, NOT pairing her up with someone for any forsaking matter), I would be extremely disappointed, not to mention angry at Kishimoto for coming up and draw the scene. It will be at best to just use the Byakugan and STAY with her teammates while seeing that Naruto "isn't" going to make it.
What's Happening with the Naruto series as of now!

Hm, correct if I'm wrong but in this scene:
In the middle left panel, was that Sakura screaming out?

I appears to be a random fodder I think
On the side note, I'm fashionably late the party and have nothing further to add
Except I think now, Minato might help sakura extract the other half of Kurama from him and seal it in Naruto. Then perhaps she could utilize Kurama's fast healing to bring him back?

^Think so. She says "What did they do? What happened?". I don't think it's unusual to ask multiple questions when stressed. The arrow is pointing right at her too.

As usual, I'm late to the party (it sucks to work a hectic job for a living) and I haven't read all the posts. So I'm likely to repeat a lot of stuff others have already said.I read the chapter last night, and wanted time to let it simmer in my mind before I came to any conclusions.First, Hinata. My take on her in this chapter is that Kishimoto wants readers to understand that she will never be at Naruto's side. The sybolism is bold. She's not the right one. She's not a healer, she wasn't in the right place, she doesn't have the right personality or fortitude. And even though she genuinely wished to be there with Naruto, for him, she couldn't make it. It doesn't make her any less than the other characters; after all, even Tsunade-sama and Shizune didn't have enough chakra left. Only Sakura-chan did. How much more obvious could Kishimoto have been? Sakura is the one who is literally and emotionally at Naruto's side. She is the one who is literally being called upon to be the heroine and save the hero's life.As far as I'm concerned the subtext shrieked of closure for Hinata. Of course, everyone is so paranoid about Kishimoto's trolling of his own character's love lives that no one can rest easy, but this is what I believe. He just doesn't have enough story left to realistically keep every bit of it unresolved. At least not a secondary character such as Hinata.Kishimoto may not fully resolve Naruto/Sakura/Sasuke before the very end, but it depends on how far away the end might be. Either way, it's not as if Naruto is going to suddenly say, "Hey, after that near-death experience I suddenly realize I love Hinata after all!! I've forgotten all about what's-her-name-chan."So is Naruto going to end up alone then? While Sakura rides off into the sunset with Sasuke? No. I think the final panels -- of Karin crying for Sasuke and Sakura (with tears in her beautiful eyes) trying her best to hold Naruto, the situation, and herself together -- is a compelling sign that Kishimoto has chosen his pairings. As for Sasuke, my eye (and my money) is still on Orochimaru. It's possible that he has something up his gender-bending sleeve. That or Sasuke will perform Izanagi and get a cheap "For Uchiha Only" do-over.So that's what I think.Lastly, I have a question. This idea of Minato sealing the yin half of Kurama into Naruto. I understand that biju extraction is fatal. We got in on Spiral Authority that it's the absolute rule. But has there ever been a situation like this in the history of jinchuriki? Where half of the same Biju's chakra has been available to be sealed into the person before their death? How can we -- or even any character in the story -- know for sure it can't possibly work? Maybe it's something only Kurama would know....
As far as we know. No. But we can deduct this will probably allow Kishimoto to bend the rules a tad. Minato certainly has the knowledge to do it, but im guessing Sakura is needed to make sure Naruto doesn't die and manages to recover after the sealing. As far as we know, its never been attempted on a near dead human. I guess this would in a way make it the exact opposite of a standard Bijou sealing.

Maybe, but it connects well to Gaara telling her to get in a hurry state as well as focusing.
^Think so. She says "What did they do? What happened?". I don't think it's unusual to ask multiple questions when stressed. The arrow is pointing right at her too.
It does seem that way. When you think about it, she was losing her mind. Dare I say, it's like Korra season 1 with Mako. Yeah, I know, just bare with me on this one. Anyway, I think it is her. Damn, how can you even not think she's close to Naruto like that? Seriously...
I feel like hinatas panels were important to the development of narusaku. Although reading all of the crap hinata got this chapter made me want to poke my eyes out. Like really....
I'm glad Hinata got her panels. Because to me it showed that kishi was addressing all ships.
Well, he made sure everyone got their small parts before the big bomb. Think about it, he had Hinata excluded from the scene, so now, it's all Naruto and Sakura and still continuing to progress. That's great for us. Be prepared in two weeks.
