My guess is that Obito will still refuse the "What if" situation he just went through and we'll have something related to Rin.. Naruto + K9, Sasuke.

We'll have some Sakura as well. Maybe Kakashi will get out of the dimension? Or he'll be around for sure.

And at this point, I already see Madara walking in.

He should have conjured a meteorite to destroy everyone when they were still weakened. Ever since the Hokages' arrival the momentum of the war has been gradually shifting in favour of the Alliance with a few setbacks here and there. Tobi could still win if he used the Rinnegan and Jubi's abilities more efficiently.

The range of viable possibilities, which both Madara or Obito could have used to easily take the advantage over the alliance, is so wide and deep that's not even fun anymore to discuss.

 

Obito alone has access to the Legendary Rinnegan, the Mangekyou Sharingan, and is the Jinchuuriki of a creature supposed to harness powers beyond the imaginable limits. 

 

In such circumstances and given how the latest events have taken place, I can only conclude that Obito is being used as a temporary threat, a placeholder, while everything is being settled for the next relevant event. Most likely something directly related with Madara.

 

If you look closely, even though he's lost the opportunity to resurrect, lost the opportunity to the be the Juubi's Jinchuuriki, and is currently being pushed back by the alliance, he has yet to show the first sign of concern, in regards of losing the war.
