What is exactly going on?

I finished reading it and it was really good. It makes more sense and it's something that I didn't really think about. Funny how Yamato is not there to say, "There you go!" It's funny because this is pretty much saying that Team 7 is made to destroy the old past generations in more ways than one. Naruto is changing the way of shinobi as Sakura backs him up. Sasuke may go that approach though I'm afraid that he may do it aggressively, since he does have a high chance to be the one to do it with the easy way, not the right way, much like these villains. Sasuke is supposedly made to find a path of true lifestyle, which he has though more of a family. Naruto covers much more as it all began in Zabuza Arc where he hated the fact how shinobi just die for mission or used as a tool, never as a human being. This was a great read. Thank you.

Lol well it was great. Last thing to comment, until Sasuke explains his intentions, I believe Naruto (and Sakura) is about peace can be achieved if you let life goes as it is and don't rely on past to create vengeance and/or create an act of war. Sasuke may go with a forceful way of achieving peace. I don't know how but somehow, I think that's where we may learn what he learned from Orochimaru when he asked him why he attacked the village. Sasuke learned that the way of village is cruel thanks to laws and personal's feelings of what's right and wrong, such as Madara feels unfair for him to lose everything as Hashirama got "lucky". If he accepted his fate and tried to push forward with Hashirama, none of that would have happen. That's what Sasuke got, but he never got an answer to that continuous problem. Even if he saves the village, now what. Does he believe peace will come on its own? No. Right now, best to protect what Itachi done for, but after that, now what.

The reason why Naruto doesn't get this treatment is because it's not his character to look back and make him decide on his own goal. He only look back to understand his enemy/friend, so he can talk back without looking foolish. It never changed his mind, rather only motivates him more to fix those problems. He's like Luffy, he doesn't rely on the past, it's about moving forward. That's what really matters. So yeah, I would wait to see what's Sasuke's intentions now. Again, Kishi has a way to make us believe he's 100% good or redeemed. You can say perhaps he is but is he on the same side as Naruto in terms of peace? I don't think so. That's where the split comes in. Until then, I'll continue to anticipate where this manga heading.

I know anime isn't canon, but why would the anime be showing that Naruto still loves Sakura if they have to make that stop in the end for NH/SS to become canon?

Maybe because they also like NS and want to make sure Kishi doesn't have any room to not make it canon. Just a preventive measure in case Kishi gets hit in the head and forgets logical storytelling.

Reading the comments/reactions to episode 235 is a great way to kill some time. Mad shippers everywhere! But damn, that episode was so Pro-NS that I was surprised they even made an episode like that.

It's just, it's really really sad how these guys like swayed and fornever world are called great reviewers, you see them just gloss over anything with sakura and just count down anyone else like swayed, before sakura spoke. All he said was she was acting like she had to go to the bathroom. Seriously? It was her speech that got shikamaru up and going to make a new plan.

Hey apparently to the majority of fans, it's like if you like sakura, you deserve to be ridiculed or insulted. Unless you love hinata or hate sakura, you are no considered a fan. It's seriously come to the point that with people like them and those who either just watch the anime or have no idea about character/story designs, they just result to bashing. It's like it's socially acceptable to call sakura all these vulgar things and any mention of a fault on hinata, they go into rage mode? Even someone saying I don't like her powers, they go insane. Something tells me if Kishi goes ns, it could be one part to mess with those who insulted his work if they said the sakura comments made him mad. If he goes the ns route,mthen the nh fandom will cry how could be betry them when there is not even a reason for entitlement. Its reached the point where some fans think that because their fan base is bigger it means they will win or kishi will obey them. They should look at avatar the last airbender, Zukokatara was the most popular and greatly outnumbered aang katara. Yet it was aang katara that won because the creators liked it more and given it was a children's show, well made sense to have an easier romance subplot rather than a conflictive one between Zukokatara. Now naruto is no avatar, but it should just serve as a lesson, don't throw things so high just because yours is bigger.

Now due to recent events,new get people like fornever world boasting full confidence in naruhina yet a day later he makes a video about sakura only for positive reinforcement on his end. All it shows it simple, he is worried. For such a great and honest reviewer, it's funny to see people sweat like that when they are presented with a simple speculation from the fans they hate. But hey, to him and many others, sakura is useless, they are so sure she is not important, why do they even bother looking at stuff with her and naruto? Why should they care I mean to them, any sakura fans opinions are pointless. It makes you an enemy of all naruto fans if you like sakura cause sakura is a sin character apparently.

If things are great for us this week, I'm wondering if these guys would not even do a review simply if minato makes a notion of Kushina towards sakura. It won't mean ns is canon, just much more potential for it. Yet it would still get lots of Anti ns fans all up in wars and rants and how the series sucks cause of sakura. Hey there is a simple fact to this all, sakura is the heroine, if they don't like it, deal with it. Hinata could have been the heroine but that was a concept and concepts don't always end up used. They are called concepts for a reason, if hinata was originally made to be the end person with naruto but that changed to ns, well same deal, concepts don't always equal the end.

Well next chapter should be either groundbreaking (NS), false alarm (616), or delayed (that moment will have to wait). It's a win-win for me as both general and NS fan. I really look forward for Naruto and Minato's interactions.

No it didn't. It happened before going to the island. So yeah, his feelings remain the same if going by the anime.

The funny thing about ep 235 was that the confession took place after the land of iron and being it filler, it's like why do th ey even put these things in then if ns is just dead or not going to be canon? I mean fillers don't matter but yet it's the only notion of him loving her after the land of iron which has not yet been addressed in the manga.

Also I remember someone saying that they cannot put anything in the fillers that conflicts with manga, so could this mean if naruto had said he used to love sakura, could that have been conflictive? So far the only conflict is utakata meeting naruto before the son goku event but that can be easily patched up by the anime.

Someone could explain on the filler/manga canon conflict rule that was said, that would be nice.
