Naruto is a popular manga/anime. Sooner or later, someone will cover it.
I don't think there's something wrong for male to like big boob girl. I think it's wrong if we judge girl just based on appearance alone, in this case boob.

Of course, that didn't stop a couple guys from asking why she's not there, to which I promptly reminded them that the video stated looks AND personality, of which Hinata (and most girls in Naruto by the end) have NONE.
As I also said, such a list would be literally impossible to make realistically in a way that everyone would be happy simply because there are just way too many contenders. It's also clear that a majority of choices of the list (of any anime-based WatchMojo list really) are largely just the more mainstream anime that became popular in the US. Otherwise, there were plenty of contenders from other anime that, IMO anyway, could beat out some of the mentioned ones. (Kan'u Unchou from Ikkitousen, Rias Gremory and Akeno Himejima from Highschool DxD, Kuriko Kazetsubaki from Maburaho, Uzume, Matsu and/or Kazehana from Sekirei, Kurumi Tokisaki from Date A Live, etc., etc., etc.)
