Kishi also said at the beginning of part 2 that he would bring more romance in part 2 and that one character's feelings would be returned. He also said that NaruSaku was a mislead while at the same time had no interest writing about NH romance, why would you need a mislead if you have no intention to write about the intented pairing itself ? Seriously stop taking Kishi's interviews so seriously the man is a confirmed liar who always comes up with new excuses that contradicts earlier excuses.
The only thing Kishi confirmed is that he's full of kitten and that he doesn't know how to justify his poor "planned" ending.

I think that the part he said he began considering romance for the protagonist "during the beginning of part 2" is true.
But when he said that this romance was NH he is actually lying because if you guys look at it, early part 2 is full of NS moments, so I think NS was gameplan until he changed his mind due to external bias

You are right with one thing: your last sentence. However the rest he is trying to make it seem like it and you know what gives him out that all this is just a big BS to cover his fail: the fact that he created Karin Uzumaki.

I really think Karin was just a stock character to give Sasuke another fangirl and make him look hot. But by that logic that's all Hinata should have been too--the Hyuga Heiress who was in love with Naruto to make him look more admired and hero-like.
Sakura was the main love interest and had more of a chance with Naruto who was already a friend and teammate. She was only held back by Kishi's forced love on her for the guy who tried to kill her.

Best shounen out there, but dont expect it to ever finish, author is a lazybum. i would watch hxh 2011 though instead, the adaption is really nice meanwhile the art in the manga can get quite ugly...

Maybe if he freaking ignore popularity and actually study on women, then she will get a lot more. I mean he canceled out genjutsu, fights, consistency (which she did until Kage), arc of her or character that will shine her, and many more. Really, when she shines, it's refreshing and usually best chapter comes from her time. Naruto used to have that but he became someone who he hates (shortcut) in which results the fight to be well, varies. It's used to be pretty cool, but then, it becomes mixed. Sasuke, well less said the better. What's funny is that since the old editor left, no wonder Sasuke kept using Sharingan and hardly anything he was once was. Funny...

People always say that if Sakura loved Naruto it would be against her will. But they fail to realize that Sasuke was saved against his will--his entire character revolved around him going against Naruto and yet Kishi still brought them together.
That's why there's no excuses or justifications for NaruSaku not happening. If Kishi could've turned Sasuke into a good guy he could've made Sakura love Naruto.

Phasing the titular character out of his own story because his voice actress won't play ball? With everything that's been going on these past months, I wouldn't put it past him. 

 

Watch as the flames of vigour that once propelled this story to become one of the most renowned in the world die with the abandonment of Naruto. It was his story and the sympathetic overtones of his character that made him so compelling. This new thing conceived from the Hyuga brat is nothing but a cheap caricature intended to prolong a series that was supposed to have been fully resolved almost two months ago. Many people are disheartened from the characters and the story because of what they have become. How the author or Pierrot expect to prolong it for another 12 years is completely baffling, teetering on the edge of sheer insanity.

since the manga is over they cant really keep going lol, and the anime company that took care of hxh is no studio pierrot and their filler bulkitten

I think ObiRin parallel is a remnant of the romantic subplot he gave up, I think Yagahi had the intention of making NS more plot relevant and bring the ObiRin parallel but Kishi is so lazy he didn't even change that and try to fit it more with his new outcome. Hell the man is such a lazy ass that he gave the forehead moment we have been predicting for SS, and copied NaruSaku and NaruSasu moments and dynamics to give them to NH, the man has no creativity.

Omg you are right. I can't believe he abandon NS obirin parallel. It so obvious that I am confident it will happen. I mean obito is the uchiha naruto. He's the closest parallel naruto has. I already have bad feeling when kishi doesn't bring it.

The guy who writes HxH is constantly on hiatus, and the anime should be caught up to where he left off. If he comes back, they might start up again, but this guy literally came back for like 6 weeks over the summer only to go on hiatus again.

Of course not. The only precedent for this series is the fulfillment of unworthy, undeserving side-character's petty little desires at the expense of narrative and personality integrity.

 

I didn't care for Hinata becoming the leader before this ending because I felt she was too enthralled by her own delusional love fantasy to see the bigger picture and realise what's more important. Now those sentiments have intensified many times over. This girl outright abandoned her clan so she could remain with her poorly acquired trophy husband. I question if she even gives a damn about any of her family.

 

Poor Neji. He might have actually become a competent and trustworthy leader of the Hyuga. Unlike Hinata, the discrimination he encountered by being in the bottom rung of the class system and his subsequent release of the animosity he held in his heart towards the main branch would have given him a comprehensive understanding of what is wrong with the system and enable him to act without prejudice in enacting reforms.
