It shouldn't! Hell! It doesn't matter at all. But why raise Sasuke!!! After all the kitten he's done? He's still better than Naruto! Even with his Rinnegan in the left/right eye he shouldn't be a match to Naruto's current level. I know Rinnegan is the ultimate dojutsu but Naruto has dealt with it countless times and has been shown to face it flawlessly. Him along with Itach and Bee, they devastated planetary devastation so easily! And here, Sasuke kittenin trapped all the 9 bijuus!!!!

One Bijuudama was enough to devastate the Planetary devastation! But what the kitten did we get? Kurama being helpless! That beast can take on Sasuke alone! Not to mention he's even more smarter and strategically advanced and experienced than Sasuke is! How the kitten did he just trap all of em! Sasuke has got everything handed to him on a silver plate whereas Naruto worked his ass off! Yet....Sasuke got the most appreciation!

Edit: It was established that unless the jinchuuriki and the beast strike a chord, its impossible to use their power. How the kitten did Sasuke start using their powers all of a sudden! Yet Naruto beat him to it!

 

Yeah, I know whatcha mean. Considering too that Naruto had to work hard to strike a chord with Kurama and the two became stronger than Bee and Gyuki if you ask me, even if they had experience, since Naruto knew the Biju's names, while it never was said if Bee knew Gyuki's name.

I did like that one review that Megi translated for me where they say "There's a hidden message in the movie. It's well made. It reads, 'Don't watch it.'"

It would have saved the movie. Making it a series of their world. Milk yes but kitten might as well milk it further without conclusion.

Nothing can save this serie from kishi's sh*tty writing, the dude was lucky to have one good editor that helped him set up a great story but as soon as he left Kishi couldn't help himself to kitten on everything they had accomplished when all he had to do was to follow up what was already written.

It's like I said about the old editor, I feel like Kishi try to stay with the original plan, but got changed so many damn time to the point it's no longer original plan. Like NaruSaku, idea of Naruto and Sakura working together to get Sasuke together (hence that "I'll leave them to do it" seem contradicting and ruined the old idea), and so on.

Wow...now I just noticed that now. God...I'm about to freaking rewrite it for my and you guys amusement.

He was supposed to leave back when Tsunade became Hokage, but then stick around until he reached the point where Sasuke got MS. Then he left and yeah, things changed. Too much.

I almost would have preferred it, cause then I never would have returned to reading this manga.

When did nh (and thus ss) happen?
Base on the interview and news so far, I think I could make conclusion that :

1. From the very first part of the manga.
So when kishi create sasuke and sakura, he mean them to be a couple at the end of the manga. And Hinata sketch with naruto in the background is meant to be naruto love interest.

2. At the end of part 1/beginning of part 2.
Hinata stalking naruto from behind the electric poll before naruto and jiraiya go to training trip for two and a half year at the last chapter of part 1.
That's when kishi decide nh. That scene is mean to be romantic nh.

3. In 2010/after kage summit arc or beginning of war arc.
Sakura drop of popularity due to her confession and Hinata rise of popularity due to her confession. Made kishi choose nh over NS.

4. From chapter 615 to chapter 700.
Including the last.

In my opinion :
1. He plan nh and ss from the beginning like what he say in the interview.
2. Just like number 1, but this time he change the time line.
3. Nh happen due to popularity.
4. I sold my soul to sa..... I mean studio clown.

Personally I think the reason why nh happen because of popularity.
In this case Hinata popularity.

It would have been a real blessing instead we were tortured until the end because we tought someone who wrote such a great story in part 1 and beginning of part 2 couldn't be that bad. Well we were wrong and Kishi's incompetence only became flagrant too late.

To cut it short....incompatible pair! Sasuke cannot love Sakura the way she wants/expects her better half to love her and Sasuke doesn't get what he expects from his better half. But I kind of....agree with you on this one...atleast partially if not the whole thing.

Don't forget - there's been a supicious lack of information on what Naruto's role will be in the upcoming film (AKA how much involvement Junko is having in this "next-generation" drivel being churned out). I'm confident that there's an underlying reason for Kishi attempting to push Sasuke and Hinata spawn as main attractions while trying to spin this tale of "completion" of Naruto's story - the original main character whose life journey is supposed to be what we're following. Why Naruto's personal quest is considered open and shut while Sasuke, despite having come full circle with his emotional state of mind towards the world and Team 7, is still going to be featured in a continuance is an oddity in and of itself.

Phasing the titular character out of his own story because his voice actress won't play ball? With everything that's been going on these past months, I wouldn't put it past him.

Yeah, the thing that keep me read this manga after pain arc is the battle and NS. In war arc the thing that keep me to read this manga is NS. And maybe naruto vs sasuke.

When I only care about pairing in shonen battle manga, it only show how bad this manga has become.
