She looks like in her late 30's and early 40's when she so post to look like 30. Realize its the pink hair that makes her look order. Yes. it's the return of the Byakugou Yin seal although its not "it". I'll explain a little more on that on the completed art. The outfit is a combination of Sakura and Kushina Uzumaki's. This with Eddie's orange jumpsuit are the only two outfits that I will include from the Narutoverse. As you see, they are completely modified, to prevent copyright infringement. Pink hair is not primary color and legit. It's just  for showing, to view Cassandra as a reincarnated character of Sakura.

The clothes are good, her teenage self is good, but I think what makes her look older than she supposed to be isn't just the hair, but also the cringes on her face. The ones near her cheeks. I think if you smoothed them a bit more, it will be fine for more appealing matter if you want her to look more pretty
