Well thats what happened in FMA:B and I didn't like it.

A couple of things I have to say

1)I know Ichihime isnt done, I kinda was just showing which one I like.

2) Slam Dunk??? Theirs an anime based on basketball please sign me up

3) As to why Naruto might like Sakura, well we as guys always want stuff we can't have.

4) Satisfied with seeing them with kids yes and no I would be more ticked off that after all this we couldn't get a kiss. A kiss would honestly make Naruto perfect in my mind.

Plus, I didn't want to say it but I feel like it's relevant to the topic that our opposition, might respond with "ohhh, they didn't kiss, they just consumated and have children, you can tell that there's no romance because there is no kiss just doing business."

And in response to #3 yes, but I feel like I've already mention my high school story too many times, so I won't go there.

Uh no, take a trip over to Narutofan and the Naruto forum on Mangahelpers, or any other general Naruto forum... The overwhelming majority of rabid Sasuke fans- that hate Naruto and constantly bash Sakura, even while they call themselves sasusaku shippers- are male. (it's the naruhina shippers that look to be at least half female).

Like I said I've seen the same phenomenon in other fandoms, quite rabidly in X-men comic fandom and BTVS fandom too. and included professional writers and editors and TV and movie people. Rabid contempt for Naruto, Gambit, and Spike, while fawning adoration as the most uber character ever for Sasuke, Magneto and Angel. All three of the later brooding, domineering and antisocial while the former three are fun, charismatic and not Alpha males with a definite romantic streak.

The female faction is easy to explain- women are still socialized in our culture to want find an Alpha male- lots of women reject this, but enough of the socialization is there to strongly influence some women. But why the guys? That's what I've never understood. Wouldn't you rather like the fun, charismatic guy? Especially in X-men and BTVS fandom where Gambit and Spike were known by even the male writers, editors, directors to be strikingly more popular with the female fans than Magneto and Angel.



Just the strong paralleling with Minato and Kushina, and what sure looks like foundation laying for Naruto and Sakura getting together and having a baby before the end of the manga. I've talked about it on this forum too, and quite recently.

I'm a frequent member of MH. And the Sasuke fans over there aren't as bad as YOU think. If anything, those Sasuke fans are mainly all about Sasuke PWNZ EVERYONE!!! if it's about his pairings they don't really give a kitten. But as for Sakura bashers.... yeah......

Well, I hope to see some kind of 'epilogue': it would be awesome to see grown-up rookies, Konohamaru & co (aged Kakashi and Guy, lol, just imagine him shouting that 'springtime of youth' nonsense ).

Hmm.. the boy behind Minato looks like he's from the Hyuuga clan: byakugan-like eyes + a bandage on his forehead (probably covering that curse mark).

They are also the same people who bash Naruto the most- I've paid attention to user names at both NF and MH and that jumped out and fits the pattern I noticed amongst guys in other fandoms too. Thus my question about why do some guys totally bash the male characters like Naruto, Spike from BTVS, and Gambit from X-men comics and just fawn all over the brooding, domineering, antisocial Alpha males like Sasuke, Angel or Magneto? It's a mystery to me.

I'm a female so I can tell you why some females are more attracted to males of that type- our culture still socializes females to find an Alpha male- many women completely reject this but enough women still fall for this socialization. But what about the guys? Gay males I can see why, it's part of the same romantic partner socialization, but heterosexual guys talking about a male character in complete adoration- as if they had a romantic attraction to them? And talking about male characters like Naruto, Gambit and Spike in a bashing way as if they were rabidly jealous of them? And I've seen this in professional writers and editors at Marvel comics and saw it some of the male writers of the BTVS series too (Not Whedon, but two of the other male series writers- both heterosexual married men with families) ? What's up with that?

It's definitely the same character- eye shape, hairstyle and clothes collar. That would explain quite well how Kushina began to interact with Mikoto and how Mikoto knew Kushina so well, it would settle the ages, since Mikoto's age at her death is known. That would mean Minato and Kushina were the same age as Mikoto, thus two years older than Shikaku, Chouza and Inoichi. One year older than Shibi, two years younger than Hisashi and Hizashi, five years younger than Fugaku, and four years older than Tsume and Yoshino.

So that would make Jiraiya just 11 years older than Minato, and Tsunade just 11 years older than Kushina. Jiraiya would have become Minato's sensei immediately after his return from Rain country, and it would definitively place the Sanin naming after their battle with Hanzo when they were 18. Kushina's arrival in Konoha would have happened the year before, Tsunade battled Chiyo for the first time the year before that, the same year her brother Nawaki died...

I've been messing around with a Naruto chronology for some time so I'm totally geeking on the pieces of the time line puzzle falling into place like this.

Umm... NO. Tite Kubo said there would not be romance at all in Bleach (unless he made a complete 180 turn) slam dunk was pretty good but its romantic subplot was pure SUCKAGE! ( The romance I mean. I SPIT on it!) and what do you mean Narut might Like Sakura He DOES love Sakura unless you mean your theories on why he likes her But Yeah if it ends without a kiss or some romantic moment I'll be VERY DISAPPOINTED but the plus side is that the other fans will grinding their teeth, smashing their computers, and committing suicide because we were RIGHT!!

Oh, that made me mad in FMA. To answer your question, no, I wouldn't be satisfied with just that.
But sadly it's very plausible we'll have that sort of ending. Shonen mangas are like that. The author shows you in one way or another what pairing 'won' let's say, but lets the readers fill in the blanks.
On the bright side, NaruSaku has had a lot more development and issues that need to be resolved than EdWin.

I would have to agree NaruSaku might have an ending like FMA (fanboy here). The way FMA ended was good and all but I still had alot of questions. Anyway NaruSaku will happen im sure of it.

Same here, I love FMA! Its my all time favorite along with Naruto! and its true it should have gone on a bit longer for sure But it was a awesome series over all and I'll always hold it in the highest regard!

Yeah thats why I asked the question. FMA is no doubt one of the best anime series. I disagree on it being too short I think it was just nice, not too draggy with only one big plot to solve. After I saw the EdWin ending I immediately thought of NS and that it is very possible that it would end up the same way. I hope not though. If Naruto ends without them kissing then the series would only have one kiss, NaruSasu! So basically they would have won in the kiss department! Argh!

So, at this point, what other kissing scenes are there in the whole series other than Naruto kissing that one villain woman which got Sakura kinda pissed as she should.

The female villain kissed him, she used that in a vampirish way- removing chakra. He wasn't a willing participant. And yes, Sakura got jealous angry at the woman even before she knew this was a way the woman killed her victims.

Oh and Tsunade has the record for the most kisses in the Naruto series- two chaste kisses on the forehead to Nawaki and Naruto and one romantic forehead kiss on the forehead to Dan. Tsunade also has the most romantic suggestive image: it's with Dan- they are cuddling alone in a field far enough from the buildings of Konoha that none of them are visible...

The first kiss he was kinda a willing participant. It was a funny moment once it happened. The second one was the more deadly unwilling version. But a kiss is still a kiss! Anyway thats filler so it doesnt matter.

I didn't even bother to watch that crap. I looked in the info of one of the episodes and it says that Asuma trained Sora AND Naruto. So I just didn't even bother watching it. It's unnecessary filler.

I guess that's only the filler arc I actually liked so far. The Part 1 fillers were either boring or had the characters messed up (remember Hinata's Super Laser Technique thing in the Bikochu Arc?), the Sanbi Arc was WAY too long, the Rokubi thing was pretty boring (I mean come on, they didn't even find out they were each Jinchuriki), and the Konoha History was basically the Part 1 fillers all over again. The Sora Arc at least gave Asuma a little more screen time before he fought Hidan, and brought the Twelve Ninja Guardians, which I'm pretty sure were mentioned in the canon, into the plot. I guess they overplayed Sakura being a tsundere, but at least there were a few cute NS scenes in there.
I still think the fillers they added during the Rasen-Shuriken training were the best so far. I mean they pretty much turned a SasuSaku scene (Sakura looking a picture of Squad 7) into a reflection that she's falling in love with Naruto. That seems like a pretty big jump if the anime team is doing that on their own.

Would you guys still feel satisfied if Naruto and Sakura ended up together but they didn't kiss even after the series ended like Ed and Winry. Would you be happy with just a photo of them carrying babies with blonde hair and green eyes or pink hair and blue eyes?

I don't know if I would be upset, well not so much as a few people I know. I feel it should happen, but like everything Kishi writes, kissing hasn't been seen for any confirmed couples, unless of coarse there was something I missed or overlooked...

Quite frankly I dont like FMAB, I liked FMA
They filler arc kiss, in all honesty was pretty sweet that chick was hot and Sakura saw so it was funny.

In the previous dub episode I liked how Naruto went to eat the food pills and sakura told him not to, cause they taste awful, but he still ate them to get his energy back....dude is the definition of epic, only if he had a hyperbolic time chamber...sorry way way off topic.
