Pretty sure Urie as well as the rest of the Q's know. That line could also apply to her injury. They're trying to move and her injury acts up, then that line comes in. Doesn't matter to me either way though lol

I don't think Urie or the others know tbh. They've never made any kind of mention of it, or hint at them knowing about it. And honestly, the way Tooru was saying it, it seems more bigger than just his wound not healing. What's with everyone calling Mutsuki a she all of a sudden?

Idk, I highly doubt that they don't know, and if they do, they probably don't care, they just go along with it. I've always called her a she, I've never really cared about the whole debate thing. To be honest, I thought she was a she from the start XD I didn't know she was pretending to be a dude until that one chapter XD I know though that the translator says they translate it as "he" as a matter of personal preference, I think they said the raws were unclear anyway.

Sometimes I call Mutsuki a "he" and sometimes a "she". I really don't know what to refer her as tbh. What Mutsuki hates is not to be a woman but more the men's stares at him/her.

I'm really hype to see Hinami going in. She has quite a lot of subordinates and is referred to as "Yotsume" now (whatever that nickname means).
