Kishi mentioned something like Kakashi being more popular and thus giving him less screentime (sai arc). He really seemed sensible to popularity.

 

I think the reason why Kishi gave hinata less screentime in part 2 (until the war) because he was afraid that she would totally outclass Sakura in popularity. Kishi mentioned that she was very popular despite not being there much in part 1 (I suspect the editors and sp were sending fake and rigged polls to make him change the heroine nonstop).

 

Kishi mentioned that he really tried to make sakura popular  and was disappointed which coincided with her ranking only 12th right after the sasori fight (Wouldn't be surprised if the editors rigged her spot). Little by little Kishi considered giving up and eventually did.

It's not the first time. It happen first time in part one when kakashi (&sasuje) goes into coma after his clash with itachi and after that in save sasuke arc.

That's because Hinata has nothing to do with the plot outside of her love for naruto. That's why she doesn't have much screen time and in war arc it's the time for all character to shine excluding sakura.

The hate for sakura is real. Perhaps editor, assistant, and sp is bias toward Hinata, but I don't think they will give him rig data about sakura hate.

Hinata didn't even shine during the war arc. she was utterly irrelevant.

 

I can take any instance you give me that she was in remove her from it and replace her with a character more relevant and with greater emotional impact to the story.

Hinata's crowning moment had to be where she tripped trying to get to Naruto and see if he was all right.

It was probably some convoluted thing about overcoming obstacles, and getting up when you get knocked down, you know what the original point of Naruto was to be...but then Kishi realized that would have made too much sense and just ditched it all.

Does anyone agree or disagree. I personality think that sakura should haved made up her mind instead up clinging onto an abusive unhealthy with sasuke. She dosen't necessary have to fall for naruto to do that Whats important is that its better for her to standup to herself. As for kishi he really should have not dragged out the love triangle until the very bitter end like that he ruined the believably of all the ships all for the sake of stupid pairing drama. 

 

Moving on is different from suddenly switching to being in love with someone else after being in love with someone for so long. I don’t get how that’s so hard to get.  Sakura hadn’t moved on. She would be basically be going, “Oh, Sasuke, I love you with my entire being.” to “Oh, Sasuke Naruto, I love you with my entire being.” If she was able to suddenly drop her feelings for Sasuke like that, I would say that would ruin her as a character. No one needs a girl like that. Also, her confession happened in relatively chronological close proximity to the invasion of pain arc. She would look like she only wants Naruto because he’s now the hero of the village.  Kishimoto wasn’t saying that Sakura can’t move on. He was saying that she shouldn’t and couldn’t just drop her feelings for Sasuke like they meant nothing and then suddenly rebound to Naruto. I really think that would ruin her integrity as a character.

What make ss is unlikeable to happen is sasuke doesn't love sasuke back. The moment he love her back is the moment this pairing become canon. No matter how sudden and make no sense it become.

Kishi need to prolong the love triangle or else a pairing will become canon.
Romance resolution in shonen manga usually happen near or at the end of manga. The fact that ss happen before naruto make confession is ridiculous.
Remember, sasuke never love sakura until chapter 699.

Which I almost expected to happen. When Sasuke was going to kill Naruto and become Hokage and all that. I half-expected him to come on to or harm Sakura just to spite Naruto. Then he could draw out something of the kyuubi in Naruto an effort to weaken or control him.

You'd think if Kishi was a good writer he'd do that, Tricks! You'd think if he was brave enough, he'd have had Naruto kill Sasuke to protect his precious people. You'd think if he was smart enough, he would see Sasuke is TERRIBLE for Sakura's character, just as Naruto can be for Hinata's.

 

Butcha know what? He wasn't good, he was a coward, and he was dumb. :( Which is what is the most tragic since he comes off all three of those before the war and all this BS we got.

I always think in naruto vs sasuke last battle, naruto will lose and sasuke will win, because naruto is holding back. He was afraid to accidently kill sasuke, naruto always thinking how to bring back sasuke, the only answer he can come up with, let sasuke be hokage. By doing that sasuke will come back to konoha, and sakura will be happy.

 

As a result naruto lost 3 most important things in his life, he lost his dream to become hokage, he lost his home and family [team 7 bonds, he lost/give up on loving sakura [because he thinks sasuke is the only guy who can make her smile that make himself fall in love with her]. Naruto can't stand seeing both sasuke and sakura married thats why he leave konoha, mind broken and half broken.

 

Then the next arc will start where kishi developing sakura, it was revealed that when sasuke become hokage he is bad, under his rule the shinobi world is in very bad shape, the gokage meeting just ended and sakura hear raikage and the other kage complaining about sasuke rule as hokage, and said "Why the hell naruto let someone as him become hokage, i guess i was wrong about him". Hearing that make sakura sad. Naruto already leave for 5 years, and when sakura really miss him he go eat at ichiraku ramen, one day when she eat there the owner said to sakura to come back at 12 pm he has a special menu and sakura wondering why they still open at late night, when sakura get there at that time theres no customer except 1 guy hidden in cloak. And then the owner ask sakura if narutos back yet and suddenly the guy hidden in cloak leave. In the end it was revelead that guy was naruto he visit ichiraku ramen sometimes at night. Sakura try to stop him but he is too fast and get away, she is crying. So the mission begin Tsunade and kakashi send a small team under yamato to search for naruto.

 

Haha im ended up writing fanfiction its very long but i wrap it as short as i can. I always think naruto will give up become hokage because the reason is happen to be perfect chain reaction , sasuke want to be hokage that automatically makes him stay in konoha, he has POAL to fulfill to sakura to bring sasuke back.

 

Edit: I really want sakura to feels , the difference between being with naruto without sasuke and between being with sasuke without naruto. And in the end she will realize which one she trully love.
