Not always, but they tend to get meshed together pretty often where, in order to hide her feelings and embarrassment, the girl smacks around the guy.

I say... The Gaiden will flop in JP and in the west. No Anti-Sakura fan, which is most of the NH fandom will buy the manga all due Sakura having too many screen time and Hinata is not shown anywhere.

I think gaiden will sell at least 500 thousand in japan.
Max one million, but I can see it only reach 900 or 800 thousand.

The series has been dying since near the end, and it's only been worse since then. It makes sense Naruto Gaiden isn't as popular, especially when there's a lot of fans out there who are still pissed at being given the middle finger by Kishi and by Studio Pierrot putting their hands in the cookie jar and calling the shots over something THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO CALL THE SHOTS FOR.

If it doesn't sell than more than 100 thousand in its first week, then its a flop. SS are Kishi big supports in Japan. They play an immense roll in the sales in Japan.

If it sell only 100 thousand then it is really flop for a spin off of a big name like naruto.

I think first week will sell either 400 or 500 thousand at the end it sell 700 or 800 thousand.
But it could sell more than that, you never know.
