Yes that is true but the anime also comes up with interesting scenes to fill some of the gaps in the story...like when they showed how Sakura made the "energy pills" .

1. Fulfill his dream (becoming Hokage)
2. Bring peace to the world fulfilling his teacher's dream.
3. Winning the heart of the girl he has always love since the beginning of the manga (Sakura no duh)
What's the point of Naruto suffering and going through hell if he doesn't fulfill the things said above? what will be the point of the story in the first place? unless Kishi plans to screw up Naruto big time by making him fail in becoming Hokage, no bringing peace to the world and letting Sakura to go with psycho emo.
what you jest said is way better than any interview and its true if you really think about it.

The whole thing about Sakura making energy pills and being a bad cook was anime only. It's a common trope in both shonen and shoujo anime and manga that the main female character(s) are bad cooks, more often in shonen though, it's done for comedic effect, and used to be a slightly insulting jab at their "lack of femininity" (think Akane Tendo as a prime example of the trope being used that way.)- it was most often used for the tsundere type character in the past.
Naoko Takeuchi kind of stood that trope on it's head in Sailor Moon. Makoto/Jupiter, the tsundere of the inner senshi (shoujo tsundere are more realistic in their behavior than shonen, less comedic violent tempers, more tomboyish and physically strong, passionate emotionally and intensely loyal to friends)- absolutely loves cooking and baking and is quite skilled at it, far better than the more feminine girls of the manga.
This had an effect even on shonen manga where the lack of cooking skills is no longer automatically attributed to the tsundere character. Look at Naruto and Bleach- Kishimoto hasn't attributed that to any character male or female, and Kubo attributes it to the more feminine of the main female characters- Orohime.
I think it would be funny if Kishimoto thumbed his nose at the anime adaption and made Sakura a skilled baker of sweets, cakes, etc... (Considering he appears to be friends with Yoshihiro Togashi and Naoko Takeuchi, it would be a bit of a friendly nod to Takeuchi for him to do so.) Sakura is known to like sweet tasting food best- so any errors she would make would be more likely to make things overly sweet to some people, rather than bitter and nasty tasting to everyone.

Then I noticed that the anime was always putting fillers within tha actual plot (too often), and a friend pushed me to read the manga. Could you please tell me of any other things that could give a slightly different idea of the NS relationship between the anime and the manga? (if there are more)

You have never said I love you, but I already knew it.
You have been there for me and I didn't ask for it.

Nothing much I can recall.
The relationship is less slap slap kiss and more Will They or Won't They?

There's a part in the anime during the Hidan and Kakuzu arc. When Naruto was learning rasen shuriken Sai and Sakura was watching him train. Sakura starts talking negatively that the nature manipulation is impossible and all. Sai then followed her lead and started talking negatively about Naruto insulting him, this obviously got Sakura mad and she punched a tree leaving a small hole. She starts telling him all of the positive things about Naruto defending him completely, proving how much she believes in him. Sai then reveals to her a book about how words can reveal someone's true feelings and he made her angry on purpose so that she tells him the truth about how she feels for Naruto. Sakura finding out that he tricked her blushes and continued watching Naruto train before Sai made a comment about her soldier pills and got her ticked off at him, Sai ended up giving her his ink umbrella at her and left. She got back watching Naruto train smiling at him telling herself that you can do it Naruto.
This moment in the anime proves two things:
1. How much faith Sakura has for Naruto.
2. How much of a good friend Sai really is to make Sakura spill the beans to how she really feels for Naruto.
To me that was one of the best filler/inserted manga story line N/S moments I have ever seen. Second after the omake from 129 I just love the N/S date at the festival.

yup alot of their expressions match each other throughout the manga. Thats why i believe they will be together at the end, they are so alike, yet so diffrent. He is her earth, her foundation upon which to grow, and she is his heaven, his peace and tranquilty and also his reason to shoot for the stars.
also going through all the old manga to find narusaku moments i came upon this
http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/343/08/
look at sakura's face in the bottom panel, is it just me or does it look like shes flirting with naruto there. Ir looks like she has a seductive look on her face if im not wrong
