I laugh at how Kishi just talks about NS and not much about NH. Not a single thing about NH can stand on its own without debunking NS. We know Kishi, NS was the canon pairing. Sakura is meant for Naruto and Naruto is meant For Sakura. Some lives whether they exist or not, are just meant to be together and not even kitten writing can stop them from being together. NS to the end....NS FTW!!! No matter what you do....Hinata will never replace Sakura and she will not be Sakura! This is how badass this heroine is. Irreplaceable! No matter who it is, Sakura will always be Sakura and Kishimoto cannot replace Sakura by anyone from an NS fan's heart! NS is/was/will always be my OTP! The Sakura and Naruto I know are married already and Naruto is the most badass Hokage of all times and Sakura....this girl has surpassed Tsunade! She is the best and the most badass music in the whole ninja world! Their battling dynamics run unparallelled and the bond is something which is even greater than Minakushi. Their family is the most complete of them all.

The stupid man even confirmed Sakura had some feelings for Naruto, otherwise this wouldn't be a parting scene as Organic dinosaur put it

The polls that Kishimoto thought showed that Hinata was universally loved in Japan by his fandom. Fan reviews and fandom reactions show otherwise.
