The themes of bonds in the manga most be destroyed so that Hinata may get the D. That's what is most important to Kishimoto now don't you know?

I'd like to think that if the author was going for NS, the manga would be better than it currently is. There would be absolutely no need to kill the more interesting character Neji(at least over Hinata), Team 7 bonds wouldn't have to be destroyed, nobody would have to be so morally repulsed by SS and Sasuke's ending would be far more interesting.

Ah come on, this was expected, I don't think it's another nail in the coffin at all. he basically already said everything. Was is interesting that he called that scene the NS parting scene. I know the translation probably isn't accurate, but using the word parting definitely sounded like there indeed was something going on between them.

Naruto wanted to confess his feelings of friendship to Sakura obviously. Not that he loves her romantically, that's silly When his dad asked him if Sakura was his girlfriend, Naruto was so stupid that he thought he meant girl-friend
