Well, this summary another major spoiler. Don't blame me

Mankind's doom is nearing and the second Ragnarok approaches ever closely. The Gothi and Volva also recites that Cassandra is destined to give birth to the "Promise Child" will powerful  to wield the powers of the Imperial Star, suppressed it and close the sealed the doors shut to Ragnarok. Lancelot was chose as a candidate to bring forth the "Promise Child" into the world because  their (His and Cass's family) clans blood would have flown through the child's veins to strengthen the mana.

 

It was shortly discovered by the two priests that Lance has been tainted with malice, inflicted upon him by the Imperial Star. Lancelot was not destined to bring forth the "Promise Child". That he is an abomination and a harbinger of death to come. They never live to tell the story as they were silenced. Lance became so corrupted that he became power hungry and slaughter his own kin because they to started to see that he has fallen to the darkside. He took their mana and did the same to his wife's (Cassandra) family, slaughtering them in front of his wife on their wedding day. She was defiled and sadly. Lancelot brutally raped her and left her for dead as he let his goons was about to do her in.

 

Until a miracle arrive and came to her aid. The fairy shrine that her family kept as a souvenir for many generation beamed with radiant light. The spirit of the Fairy Queen Titania pays visit in Cass in her minds cape and offer her power to rid the universe of wicked men. Cass abides and casts aside half of humanity and became half fairy. With that, Titania over up her remaining life force and points Cassandra as the new Fairy Queen. She then fuses with Cassandra's soul and was adsorbed into nothingness. Her words whispered one more time, "Bare man hatred as I do. You shall weep glory. Mankind will fear your prowess and quiver under your name. From within the wickedness is the path to light. Light is new hope in men. You shall love once more. This man will come to love you and be your king. He will bring forth the 'Promise Child' and restore the Fairy Queendom to prosperity."

 

She then fuses with Cassandra's soul and was adsorbed into nothingness. Cass was reborn as the new Fairy Queen and became Titania. Her virtue, innocents and virginity has been restored. With her knew found power, she went on a rampage a slaughtered all of Lance's goons mercilessly. it was genocide in return. This sets up the very first clash between Sakura and Sasuke.
