I don't see how anyone can blame Naruto for moving on, he showed signs of this in Part 1. 

In part 1, can you explain more on this? Maybe I missed something.

I don't know that I'd say Naruto moved on since he still showed interest in Sakura for quite some time. I do think Naruto over time learned to accept that Sakura might never be interested in him and so he began to back off more as he matured.

 

In early Shippuden there are a few hints as if Kishi was testing the waters or something. (And Sai's flashback, which I don't see how anyone could argue with.)

And of course the ones during the war, but it's quite possible that those were nothing more than red herring at that point. I don't think the ones in early Shippuden were, especially Sai's flashback. 

 

 

But by all means, share your thoughts, WhyDoIWatch =)

see the thing about Naruto that I saw is that he lets nothing stop him, and he don't give up. He truly loves Sakura-Chan, it's true and would have only gotten stronger. and if he was real he would have never gave up on her. It seems KISHIMOTO forgot this aspect of his main character. It hurt me to my core to see him give up and lose everything in one damn day.

I saw that redraw of the end with Karin in place of Sakura and Sakura in place of Hinata.

That feels so much more real.

Karin is amazing.

She really is fitting in Sakura's place.

It's really like Kishimoto intended to put her here.

And Sakura, I just realized that Hinata's pause is a pause she NEVER took in the manga. It was a Sakura's pause. The hands on the knees, it's so Sakura...

No I hate that too. I thought we hated the ending for more than just ships. We can't just swap the girls' faces and act like that's OK. We complain about Sakura being a housewife, just to put Karin in the same spot? Karin fits the housewife life even less than Sakura even.

I read it again the other day. And it's really hurting me to see Naruto. He's not like him at all.

The worst part for me is the way that naruto treats his son... does he remember what he went through without a dad and a mom? naruto will make his son have pratically the same life that he had?
