For all we know, Naruto could be giving that look of admiration to Sakura. Trailers can put together two seperate scenes to make it seem like it actually happened.

 

It'd be such a glorious troll if he is looking at Sakura and Hinata is sad because she sees it from a distance.

Next scene Naruto blows that tower up with a rasengan? So is Hinata really there? 

 

 I can't see Hinata, all I see is one of the Puppet enemies sent to kidnap Hinata throwing meteors...the next scene in the trailer actually shows Sasuke watching the meteors in the sky.

That line thing is blocking out where I think she is.

Also guys with sasuke it says path or journey so its basically confirmed hes a wanderer.

 

True, but if we start thinking rationally then you can bring up so many questions like why would sakura meet minato and hinata never even got close.

looks like an arm and hinata's hair color to me 0.0 besides isn't the scarf red? 0.0

If NH were too occur then that would mean Naruto never confesses or Sakura outright rejects him, which would be a huge downer for the title character in the end. Also that would leave an open ending, which would make the movie paramount to be watched so you can finish Naruto's story. That makes very little sense. I can't think of any author who's ever done that before. However if the manga is ended conclusively with a time skip epilogue then that lends itself to be able to have several more projects or films to fill in the gaps and thus make more money off the Naruto name. It would also allow the manga, movies, OVA's and any other projects to stand on their own. Now business wise that makes sense.

I'm not making any theories for this movie, I'm waiting on the manga and movie to come out before I judge anything, though I do think konan is on to something

Here is a better grab from the actual trailer, I can't see Hinata at all. The part highlight is just a ledge not covered in snow.

wait nooo it's just the snow covering a building. Or maybe it is Hinata and they animated Hinata terribly, lol. 

 

I doubt SP would animate Hinata terribly considering they gave her Oscar winning animation in the pain arc and left the Pain vs Naruto fight to look like MS Paint.....

I rewatched the trailer on the film's site in HD, but I don't think Hinata is hanging on the water tower. I think that the same scene was featured twice, although at different points of it, but I didn't see her in either shot.

thanks theunburnt ^_^ yeah now that I look again it does seem like it may not be hinata and just part of the background, though it does look like something hanging on to the concrete to me xD
