I guess the real reason Sakura's character was dragged through the mud was because Kishi wanted to make Hinata the heroine but had no idea how and this was his bright idea

Like someone said naruto being Hokage is pointless, because there are no ninjas. Everyone gave up being a ninja.

I really believe kishi did all this for the movie and part 3. Everyone has kids and they are all connected.

I am from the us and most people hated sakura, because how she Fan girled and treated naruto. That was the reason people went naruhina.

Kishi killed sakura. Wasn't she suppose to get over sasuke, because her love for sasuke was bad? She never confronted him. He just threaten to kill naruto and her teacher. He stabbed her in the heart and that still had no affect on her. I believe kishi wrote to 698 and then he changed everything for the movie and part 3.

Then he killed naruto for sasuke. I wanted naruto to beat the crap out of sasuke!!

I have always hated sasuke and he won. Naruto is not the hero. He is a sell out just like his creator.

I am REALLY interested to read the responses from the Japanese fans and their thoughts/feelings on this rushed bullsh** ending, specifically the pairings. I really would also like to find out WHY Kishi chose to go in the direction that he went in, although the obvious answer is going with the status quo (SS & NH both easily outweigh NS fandom) and sold out the proper ending to satisfy them for money.

 

Side note - can we get a proper translation of those responses above, just curious....

Listen, If Naruto wanted her, and he wanted to be with her he had every opportunity to SAY IT instead of looking on like a sick, kicked puppy. Sometimes acting selfish, getting jealous CAN be a good thing. Instead he takes on the messiah complex and he loses. 

Thats his own fault. We won't know how Sakura would have reacted IF he'd confessed because HE NEVER HAD THE GUMPTION TO DO IT. 

The fact of the matter is if he confessed and Sakura refused him it would have been on her, but he didn't so its on him.

Well, i feel better myself because there were not only main pairings issues, but also issues with parents-kids relationships, random parings, OOC of main characters and futuristic asspulls. Everyone agreed that epilogue was a huge letdown and wasn't felt as happy end. So, I'm not suffering so much because of NH/SS canon, cause the epilogue also gave the common vibe of kitten writing.
