You think Aladdin the character is boring?
Lol he was ok. I'm only talking about the guys from Snow White and Cinderella. Prince Phillip was a little better just because he rode around on a horse. I liked Snow White more with Grumpy and the dwarves than her almost-nonexistant Prince charming lol.

You don't say. There's much more than that but I won't even go there. Those Disney love stories especially in the Disney renaissance are more developed than NaruHina.

actually such stories are classics
since, in old times, Grannys used to narrate stories about a handsome prince charming saving the princess

Of course and I do like such stories. I'm just pointing out that the prince from Snow White was a cardboard cutout.
But I understand that it's a simple Disney classic and I shouldn't expect deep development. Snow White's still my favorite of the princess movies. XD

Basil of Baker Street is the most likeable Disney hero, in my opinon at least. Plus he goes head to head with Ratigan voiced by the legendary Vincent Price! What could be better?
Little John is fun to, but I'm a bit biased since he is voiced by the legendary Phil Harris, who was a Disney stable for awhile.

Well he would have if the direction didn't change. Seriously, that's how I see it.I'm sorry to change topic but I hate Narudo's hair. I imagined in his future he would've had badass hair.

Saw some images of when Sasuke murdered the Samurai... and once again I'm suddenly pissed that this douche bag got the "good guy" ending. Jesus Christ what is wrong with Kishimoto.

Sorry for the late reply. ^^'
If kishi start make seinen manga, there are no more excuse like tight schedule or creativity limitation. We'll see if he truly could deliver.
Regarding berserk, why the animation studio doesn't animated the rest of the manga. I want to see guts done the berserk armor. That so kittening badass. Eventhought some people doesn't like the direction of high magic in berserk.
I think berserk is liked the manga version of asoiaf.
@ahk
Oda is not a god of manga. That title belong to osamu tezuka.
But oda is undisputed god of shonen jump. The only one who can challenge him in term of storyline is togashi. Maybe we could argue that oda is god of shonen manga.
The first Berserk anime lacks important plot points, puck isn't even there and his fight with Wild (the demon monkey) or his encounter with Skullknight arent animated so when we get to the eclipse no one understands what is happening, I began with the anime so I was literally shocked by the ending then I went to read the manga and it prepares subtly the readers to the eclipse. I dont know if you are aware but they are rebooting the Berserk anime with nice animation and all the events lacking in the first anime I already have some episode and it's really nice. I think they are not animating the next part until they have finished with the reboot.
Truth be told my favorite Berserk part are the golden age with the original band of hawks and the black knight when Guts is chasing after the apostles, Guts' madness and violence is just a joy.
While I do like the magic and the use of the armor I still prefer Guts fighting with his own power, I mean the fight between Guts and Zodd in the hill is just magnificient. Still the introduction of magic is essential to the plot and gives sense to the Berserk's world, it's unavoidable and it was obvious that Guts couldn't fight as a mere human for the rest of the manga when he's facing demons, dragons and gods who can control man's fate, as strong as Guts is he's still just a man. It's also important for Guts' character development, Guts needs to learn to control his rage and hate otherwise he will lose himself and for the man that has used these emotions to keep going on forward it's not an easy task.
I should stop talking this isn't the right thread for that but man Berserk is so perfect in every aspects all the themes the characters the use of mythology, if I dont stop I could write an essay about it.

what samurai?
Plus he killed J, and other fodder. I'm sure that will be all retconned as well now, along with Sasuke's multiple attempted murders. Kishimoto will probably say he just wanted to "knock them out".
That man's a murder. He attempted to kill most of the main cast, tried to take over the world, tried to destroy the villiage, helped caused the largest war in the Narutouniverse, attempted to enslave the entire ninja world under his iron fist,... and he is rewarded in the end.... kitten you Kishimoto you piece of kitten.

Sakura loved Naruto because she understood who he was as a person. She showed time and time again that she was willing to sacrifice to help him achieve his dreams. Do we ever see the same level of understanding from Hinata? Does she ever show that she cares about what Naruto wants? His hopes and dreams? I don't think so. We only ever see that Hinata loves her conception of Naruto as a hero who can try to motivate her beyond her everyday way of acting.
True. Sakura understood Naruto as a person-- his personality, his strengths, his weaknesses, his bonds, his abilities and his dreams-- wholly, while Hinata's understanding never went beyond his pain of loneliness and his nindo.
In my opinion, Hinata's views about Naruto were objectified and there would be no difference of note to her if Naruto were to be replaced by any other character with a similar, inspiring personality.
I remember defending Neji's death once when it came under fire as being too random. I argued that Kishimoto decided to kill off Neji to illustrate the gravity and inherent unpredictability of death in war by sacrificing a character that was fleshed out and whose death would resonate with the audience.
Then the cupid comment happened.
Neji is yet another character that got crashed and burnt because of Kishimoto's interviews.
Like many other characters, Neji was amazing in part 1 with a lot of potential only to fizzle out and get wasted in the end. His one man fight against injustice in the Hyuuga clan was one of the more interesting side-plots.
His fight with Naruto in the Chuunin exams is what gets to me though. Neji learns that his father chose to die to finally escape the cursed destiny of the side branch and be free. 'Forge your own destiny Neji, your fate is something you create with your own hands' --These were Hizashi's final words to his son. Neji promises to find his own destiny and this was symbolically compared to a bird freeing itself from a cage.
What a sad fate that Neji ended up sacrificing himself for the main branch heiress, just like his father. Neji never managed to find a destiny of his own, he became a victim of the cursed destiny of being born into the side branch.
As if this wasn't harsh enough, Kishimoto comes out and announces that Neji died merely for the sake of getting Naruto and Hinata closer to each other. Adding insult to the injury, destroying Neji in the process.
