Sadly we already got actual pages from the epilogue showing NH/SS with kids. There's nothing we can do about it. Kishi lost his mind. The only thing keeping me going is the fact that it's so ridiculous, and makes so little sense, it's easy for me to view it as non canon and just make my own conclusion and assumptions from 698.
I'll still be a NS fan no matter what. It's still the only pairing that makes sense to the entire series. Two chapters and a movie can't change that. (And I certainly won't be reading/watching Part 3).

isn't the 4th data book the most recent one? The one that just came out? So it's safe to say it was days ago or least a week.

If not I dont believe it...I refuse to believe chapters upon chapter of NS is purely some sick sense of humor thats consisitnetly reinforced....its not even like its a few moments to a side character who we're hung up on...its Naruto

To me, yes this is all dissapointing, and well, yeah love subplot becomes a mess, it ends a mess.

 

Now I feel like purging the memory of this entire story, its literally all an asspull and just breaks the logic of it all.

 

Maybe in another life I'll give this series a chance, but in this life, I'm going to purge it all. I liked the series from chapters 1 to 698, but now its just, now I wish i hadn't continued to read the series.

 

I loved this ship guys, I was willing to see NH as canon, but SS as well, sorry but I cannot accept this. NS is always my canon and well whats there to say? This is karma? we were usually the ones getting blasted and I mean kishi had written what he did. But yeah, I am not even going to finish the series with this.

 

I loved this with all of you, but now, the series is dead to me, its over, finally free of this shipping war, going to erase everything from the web and what I did with this. Naruto and everything in it is just over for me. Now I will never remember this series.

 

Maybe in time I will find a replacement like fairytail or something, something that stuck to the stuff it needed, but this is just a case of, well, I'm never going to read this series again.

 

I will miss you all when my purge is complete, I just cannot fulfill the series at this point knowing all the news. To me, its over, the manga, the anime, the games, to have kishi having written all of this and just blatently ignore it, maybe if the series was ever rebooted and had a different outcome, I don't know, but theres just nothing left, nothing.

 

NS was a great and grand journey, but at the end we get this, mess, this thing with no excuse. Its hard to imagine a series that got so good had such a lazy ending. But yeah I'm erasing this series from my mind, its just not a good outcome, not a good resolution.

 

I wished that we would have been right just following a story as it should have, but kishi either got lazy or soldout. I cannot look at this series ever again when the whole development has been ignored and just sasuke gets asspulled to something he shouldnt have and NH just got a movie. Naruto never got resolution with Sakura, thats the worst of all, now this is nothing to me, I am sorry guys, but this series has become nothing to me.

 

So now I begin my purge and erase this series from my mind, erase the stain of the ending, erase what I liked following this series over the years.

 

I was never going to ship anything after this, but after seeing this result, I just cannot look at manga the same way again, so upon this news, I just sold my naruto games to gamestop and will erase my web broswer, this is just sad, I'll always remember you guys in heart, but now, Naruto is something I need to erase from my mind, thats how upsetting this is, not because of the ship, but even because of just how, pointless and out of order this ending is. Even as a writier, kishi messed up, I am not going to spend time about going on what could have been, now to me, its just a mess, just this ending made me loose my respect for this series, I mean sasuke now suddenly loving Sakura, well guys, guess this is farewell. It was a great journey, but theres nothing left to respect for this series. I loved the buildup but the ending was a WTF moment, a big one, sorry guys but hey, its been fun. I'll remember you all in heart. When my purge is complete, well, the joy of this ship will always remain in my heart, but I've dropped the series now, its nothing to me, never again will I lay eyes upon naruto, for I wanted to see a story full of its development become something it should have in the end, not just asspulled something else because of fandom preferences or not having the balls to fulfill and follow what you wrote. In an alternate reality, well, I wish we could have see the NS canon there, but all I can say this this left a bad taste in my mouth and its a pain to me to say I now want to never see this series again. Maybe I'll take up fairytail, now. But its been fun guys, farewell.

I recommend you fairy tail, I'm not saying the story is awesome, but it doesn't disappoint and it sticks to its themes really hard, sometimes it might even be annoying for some people. And in terms of pairings there's no teasing kitten and crappy love triangles (at least taken seriously). I recommend it you if you're lucking for some light-hearted series than unlike this manga (if this kitten turns out to be true) sticks to its themes. If you're loking for some awesome story, with good plot and character develpment like no other, I recommend HunterxHunter if you haven't already seen/watched it (but pairings is not a thing in this one though).
