I like Bleach too
I think this quincy war arc is being better handled than the 4th ninja war arc from Naruto.

Kubo is actually killing his characters at least

only one character who was painfully irrelevant died, and that was for the sake of a pairing. jfc kubo is a million times better than this pig.

Even before this the war arc wasn't very good, but you are right, kitten hit the fan completely after Obito's revelation

Oh! I agree on that. I never found shippuden better than the original/classic Naruto, but it had it's shining moments: Gaara's rescue arc, Jiraiya vs Pain arc, Sasuke vs Itachi arc (and to some extent Asuma's death was actually well delivered imo)

many people followed the manga for years & it was close to them

so, it's like they were sooo close that this ending totally broke them down

Yea it was close for me, I even remember when I had a bad week and I just told myself "Oh well I at least could read/watch Naruto and Bleach"

The ending didn't brake me down. it killed that part of my life

 I feel ya. After the ending, I was depressed. The one piece chapter that day cheered me up a bit, but I was pretty depressed for about a week. Then the following week there was a really good one piece chapter that helped me out a lot, and later the next AgK and ApT chapters really pulled me outta my funk. Then I was told about TG and haven't looked back lol

Just if people felt the same about the series, i.e. just casually liked it.

Well I'm really glad you found something that helped you out My friends helped me out a lot, but it's something that I can never recover from, knowing me. Though it's great seeing people find things that help them. 

 

When I first started watching it(then reading the manga after a short while) I really liked it, like it was in my top favorites. Over time, just like you, I causally liked it.

Even the pairings in bleach are better handled than those in Naruto.
Ichihime and Ichiruki are both great pairings and I would be happy with either. In Naruto we had a pairing with AWFUL negative development, one with minimum development and PAINFULLY one-sided, one with sound and positive development, heavy hints and foreshadowing... And guess what became canon?

Another HxH fan   Yeah agreed completely I only put it on par with Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood (and maybe I'm hoping for Berserk based on hype, I heard it's awesome, but I've yet to read it)

Well, Berseck greatly succeded HxH in every aspect, but only as manga, every animation of Berserk - has it flaws.

I agree. I wouldn't mind either ichiruki or ichime, I actually like both Orihime and Rukia.

kubo isn't a sexist piece of kitten like kishi, and there's a bigger chance of no pairings happening anyway.

The love between the King Meruem and Komugi was my Vesti La Guibba, so heart moving and heart wrenching, I cried forever.

I actually had lost major interest in reading Naruto after the Chimera Ant arc. I hung on only for the NaruSaku ending that I was expecting.

Really good anime, I finished it quickly and started reading the manga afterwards and it's even better now I've to wait for the next chapter (it appears it's a monthly release from what I understood)
