This ending was to no one's benefit. At all. Somehow Kishi thought this would satisfy NH/SS fans? Probably not a lot. NH fans will definitely see the movie, I'm not too sure about SS fans, I think they will be cautiously optimistic. Everyone else? Who knows, probs depends on the advertising. But for me, anything 699+ is off limits to me

Nothing is staining Narusaku for me, but it sure as hell stains my opinion of individuals who wanna be like "BUT NARUDO DESERVED HER LUUUV! SHE FRIEND ZONED HIM AND USED HIM LIKE A GOLD DIGGING WHORE!" because that's pretty much what they're saying because she didn't return his love even though he never had the balls to OUTRIGHT tell her how he felt.

Naruto clearly didn't give a big enough kitten about advancing their relationship. 
 

 

 

 

 

Again, it seems to me that Naruto shares the blame in stagnating his relationship as well. He basically committed relationship suicide. If you blame Sakura you HAVE to blame Naruto otherwise we're being sexist. 

Wrong! Sakura is the real culprit behind this, don't you see? She not only used Naruto for her own interest, but immediately discarded him once she got what she wanted. Naruto on the other hand, was the only character that was written properly in the end. He was the biggest SS shipper and after his poal was completed, he saw the beautiful soon to be Hyuuga heiress waiting for him. He also became the loving father we all thought he would be. 

 

So again, Sakura is all to blame for this mess, seeing as how she's the only one to be written so poorly.

From what I've been reading from the early reactions, some people are really angry but I think that's it and surprisingly some are just accepting it. It's a toss up. But it's really hard to gauge w/ out an accurate translation, so Monday might provide more insight.

Hope this video works. Anyway, this was it. It was actually and enjoyable and mind-opening experience. Sure, the things I said were when I was heated and being silly, but afterwards I was really zen-ed out. It was comforting watching the smoke go to the sky as if my worries and problems with the manga were carried away. 
 
I can't think Kishi for anything, but the characters did a lot for me in the first two parts. It is still my childhood and a piece will always be in my heart. Just not as much as it could have.

The sad part is, 80% of the fandom are celebrating. Only us are feeling miserable.

Let them celebrate. All they care about is that their pairings became cannon in these last two chapters, but I can go back and CHERISH the beautiful moments and development Naruto and Sakura for 698 chapters.

Jiraiya wore unrequited love pretty damn well, he never whined about it or made it seem like his life was worth less cause he didn't have Tsunade. 

Kishi  could do that, there it was his answer he didn't use it.
