That's long. I never really read books anymore since three years ago (or more?) and that sounds so long to me.It's Eddie's birth too. And I can't believe how small the first season is. Only 10 chapters longer.

About light novel, I don't know what light novel is. Is it the same with a short version of a certain novel? I read some sherlock holmes, but I'm sure it's short version from the original somehow. Never check it

Yes. its similar to novellas. Basically NL are novel formats of manga, manwha and manhua. That is what the all the Naruto novels you see posted in threads are from TL to Sakura Hidden novel are all LN.
A light novel (ライトノベル raito noberu ?) is a style of Japanese novel primarily targeting middle- and high-school students (young adult demographic). "Light novel" is a wasei-eigo, or a Japanese term formed from words in the English language. Such short, light novels are often called ranobe (ラノベ ?) or LN in the West.

Depends on what genre you want. A lot of the good munwa comes from the Martial Arts genre. I think you mightlike Girls of The Wild, that's if you're into martial arts and rom-com. It totally fits your DereDere personality. Although expect to run into a lot of shipping-tards from the audience.
