I heard this argument the other day... Do you think Naruto is moving on from Sakura? When Sakura confessed to Sasuke, he didn't flinch... Does that mean something?

Why do people NOT ship these two? I just don't get it.
Probably cause they hate Sakura. When she's probably the most developed female character in the whole show.
I respect Hinata, but Sakura deserves some too.

It means Naruto didn't hear anything from Sakura that he didn't already know or believe. He wouldn't have accused Sakura of lying to herself in the Land of Iron if he was convinced she was completely over Sasuke.
However, it was the first time Naruto heard Sasuke's side of it, and heard Sakura admit out loud to all of them that she was being pathetic.
The bottom line is, Naruto has the confidence and will to go after Sakura anyway. Now he knows for sure she is no longer lying to herself about Sasuke, he knows for sure Sasuke isn't interested, and he's brought Sasuke back so he's in the clear.
I don't get why people believe in Naruto's determination to get what he wants in everything except Sakura's heart. It makes no sense that he would walk away from her now when everything is lined up for him to take a shot.
Just my opinion.

I will trust Kishi's words. He said he will end the manga conclusively, so open ending is out of the question. Naruto must confess to Sakura, however Kishi can end the manga before Sakura gives her answer. If this happens no doubt NH and SS fans will say" she obviously said no because she loves Sasuke bla bla". But what if Kishi surprise us with Sakura and Naruto together in the movie which obviously her answer was yes.
Didn't the SJ preview confirm there wont be an open ending?
It said he was going to confess either to Sakura or Hinata....which is kind of an odd thing to say

The nisekoi girl wondered if Natuto is going to end up with Sakura or Hinata.
Yeah, that proves it to me that people of Naruto are aware of this stupid pairing thing of whom Naruto will end up with. Since they are aware of it, then I doubted they wouldn't have pushed Hinata soo much in the latest The Last trailer unless there is an ulterior motive...
Or maybe I'm crazy and I am looking too deep into this...

your not crazy! This series is too much like a classic shounen with the goofy guy loving the spunky girl, so they have to add drama to it to mix things up.Yeah, that proves it to me that people of Naruto are aware of this stupid pairing thing of whom Naruto will end up with. That's cool, but then again we could both be confusion...
To be honest, I don't feel as concern of Narusaku not happening. I still think that is endgame, but I don't care as much if it doesn't anymore. It is kind of a sad feeling, brought about because of film's advertising and the overall fandoms reaction to it. However I already made my bed, I'm ready to sleep on it...

Its just kind of suspicious that Hinata would even be brought up as a choice. We never see Naruto think about her in a romantic context. Concerning the love story this is surprisingly direct as well. Its like if RTN was advertised like "Who will Sakura date in the movie? Lee or Naruto?"

I'm still a bit confused. Based on what also LadyGT said I'm guessing that there is something official that asked the question about who will Naruto get with.
So basically,... we have a future movie, which is depicting all these NarutoxHinata moments. Despite this.. such a question is even still uttered by one of them? Despite the movie attempting to seem as if it points to NaruHina, they still ask such a question?
Lmao.
It's official. NarutoxSakura will become canon.

Think of the broad scheme of things.
And if NaruSaku doesn't happen by some sort of freak accident...in about six months tops you'll be over it. No biggie. Let's be more fearful of being wrong on things that are more important, not over mangas or movies.

My faith is strong because, no matter how strange it sounds, I trust my gut and I trust Kishi's manga. That's my I'mm not afraid of the movie either.
Also, my friend who studies comparative literature just told me her theory that: (and i quote)
"on-panel reiterations of Sakura’s love for Sasuke does not negate the possibility of NS endgame. This is due to several reasons.
First, Sasuke is not guaranteed to reciprocate Sakura’s feelings. Indeed, Sasuke has admitted Sakura as important; however he has never clarified the nature of this importance - not least in a romantic sense. Second, while it is true that Sakura has matured because of Sasuke, it is equally true that the consequences of her feelings have been negatively painted. Specifically, negative themes of betrayal, irrationality and impulsivity have been strongly affiliated with her love (see Kage Summit), bringing its fruitfulness to question. Third, Naruto’s feelings for Sakura have been recently foregrounded (Naruto telling Minato that his love life has taken an unexpected turn). This parallels with the previous foregrounding of Sakura’s love -rather, doubt of its reciprocation- in that the romantic futures of both characters are the same: uncertain. This, by extension, adds weight to Naruto’s love for Sakura - an aspect often dismissed by the opposition. With all of these factors in mind therefore, an NS route rather than SS is plausible. By route, I do not mean Sakura instantaneously falling in love with Naruto; rather, her slowly overcoming the negativity in her feelings for Sasuke and accepting Naruto’s feelings.
Such a route is thematically consistent with the story."

I have faith that the end will be what we're hoping for because Kishi's never genuinely surprised me with what will happen in this story. He's only usually surprised me with how we got to that point. The endings of most of the arcs has never really been in question, it was always the road he took to get them there. That's why I have faith in him. He may take you down long and sometimes irritating paths but he'll get you where you are supposed to go.
